Pros:

Convenient as we were flying out early the nwxt day. We only stayed a night on route from Singapore to Split, Croatia.
Great breakfast.

Cons:

Room was a little tight for 3 people. Bathroom very small and cramped

Beware which Hilton you are booking
Pros:

The staff were very friendly

Cons:

The Hilton group should make it clear that there is more than one hotel with the same name ‘Hilton garden hotel Heathrow’, we thought we’d booked the hotel right by terminal 2, but to our astonishment it was near terminal 4. Sadly we were not the only ones..! The fault lies with the Hilton group they should name their hotels differently. The staff however at the hotel were lovely.

It all worked out well, filled all of my business travel needs and I will be back Thank you all
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The location worked very well as did the 7 pound bus ride to terminal 2

Cons:

Everything met my expectations and filled all of my needs. The continuous communication from the hotel management was appreciated.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

A good hotel to meet up with friends. It was quite comfortable. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice .

Cons:

Two hotels with the same name in the same area is not a good idea. Parking charges high thinking you are staying overnight plus attending a conference. Food was ok nothing special.

The hotel did everything that we wanted.
Pros:

It was close to the terminal that we needed and a short bus ride which took about 10mins.
The food was good and reasonable. Staff were friendly.

Nothing.

Pros:

Not t a lot , the hotel shuttle does don’t come after waiting nearly 45 mins early evening . It then cost me £22.+ to get a taxi out to the hotel and £23+ to get back the next morning .

Cons:

It was quite a way from the airport I thought I’d booked for the hotel from the group which is at terminal 3 unfortunately the advert doesn’t make it clear . I would never book through this company again

Pros:

All good . staff very accommodating .
Breakfast very nice and a good variety of choices .
Nice comfy Bed and a quite environment
lovely

Cons:

I hate having to pay for parking especially on hotel premises. It's so wrong .
Parking on the premises should be included in the room fee .

I was not impressed at all
Pros:

The fact it had a decent restaurant & babar.

Cons:

The bathroom was small, and not well cared for. The beds were very uncomfortable. And the rug seemed dirty.
