Pros:

La situation géographique est particulièrement agréable pour flâner dans les rues.
difficile d'accès en voiture.....
gentillesse du personnel pour nous indiquer un parking proche.
indépendamment de l'établissement, beaucoup de bruit pour certaines chambres car proximité d'un établissement de nuit dans une rue voisine, établissement fréquenté par de jeunes gens très souvent et très tard dans la rue.

Bien ubicado pero con menos estrellas de las indicadas

La ubicación es perfecta, en la misma plaza mayor. Y el personal en general muy atento y educado.

Cons:

El hotel esta muy antiguo, nada cuidado. Las paredes tiene todo tipo de desperfectos, manchas, etc. Los muebles están desconchados, Las camas muy estropeadas. El olor al entrar es a viejo. Las fotos no se parecen en nada a la realidad.
No hay persianas y las cortinas no tapan por completo las ventanas.
Le hace falta una remodelación.

Cons:

Tem dois hotéis na cidade com o mesmíssimo nome! Um absurdo. Descobrimos quando chegamos no primeiro e não era. O funcionário bem estúpido, diz que não era e não deu nenhuma explicação. Tivemos que ligar para descobrir.
O quarto e o banheiro eram pequenos para a pretensão de 4 estrelas. Wifi muito ruim

Poco detalle con la ropa de cama estaba la sabana sin ningun cubrecama. Las toallas deberian mejorarlas tambien.

excelente ubicación y fácil acceder muy cerca plaza mayor al lado todo muy bien pero parece de 3 estrellas en vez de 4. Hacia mucha calor no iba bien el aire y las camas de muelles un poco incomodo la limpieza regular había humedad en el baño mojo negro y un poco incomodas las habitaciones el baño super pequeño .

el colchón muy incomodo de muelles hay que cambiarlos.

Ubicación ideal, con servicios que pueden mejorar.

La ubicación es ideal para llegar caminando a los puntos de interés.

Cons:

El "como llegar" en google maps no es correcto y no es fácil encontrar la forma de llegar en coche, dado que está en el centro histórico. Sin embargo, el parking es muy amplio y está en un edificio externo próximo. El desayuno tiene poca variedad de comida y se requiere ayuda para obtener las bebidas calientes.
