The hotel has a great location, and both check-in and checkout were very easy. The location made it convenient for exploring Salamanca, and the staff experience was pleasant.
The room felt dated, and there was visible dust on the walls. There was also no hotel parking available during our stay, even though when we booked the hotel it said parking was available. We had to use public parking approximately 0.4 miles away, which was inconvenient when traveling with luggage. The Wi-Fi required going through a portal and entering much more information than should be needed before connecting, making the process very cumbersome and intrusive.

Estaban en fiestas y había demasiado ruido por la noche
Solo estuvimos una noche, pero la experiencia en Soho Boutique Salamanca fue fantástica. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento, la cama comodísima y el detalle de tener máquina de café en la habitación nos encantó.
Además, coincidimos con las fiestas de Salamanca y las ventanas insonorizadas funcionaron de maravilla: dentro de la habitación no se escuchaba prácticamente nada.
Pero, sin duda, el detalle que más nos sorprendió fue que teníamos que salir a las 6 de la mañana y nos prepararon un picnic para desayunar durante el viaje. Un gesto que dice mucho de la atención al cliente.
Estancia corta, pero 100% recomendable. ¡Volveremos!

Chambres spacieuses avec bon wifi. Peignoirs et produits de toilette. Très grand lit confortable. Machine à café Nespresso et eau minérale offerte. Parking bien situé et assez sécurisé
Rooms and bed was very comfortable and clean
Staff told contradictory information. On arrival i was told I would be able to leave my car in the parking until 1pm the following day (when i was checking out) and if necessary I could pay another 7 euros to leave until late afternoon. The next day I was told by another member of staff I had to remove the car before midday which caused a lot of wasted time moving the car to another public car park. Considering we paid 18 euros to leave the car there for 12 hours I should have just used a public car park which would have cost less for 24 hours. No apology for the miscommunication - staff clearly not trained properly and rude. Shame as rooms are great but staff not good and breakfast items were all old and going off. If you stay don't bother with the over priced breakfast and rubbish parking.
