Le petit déjeuner était extra

La chambre n’avait absolument rien avoir avec les photos. Le divan lit dans le salon était vraiment pas confortable du coup mes 3 enfants ont dû dormir dans les 2 petits lits que j’ai rassemblés et plein de peluches et saleté en dessous des lits …
Plus de 300€ juste pour dormir une nuit pour entrecoupé le long voyage … c’est cher pour ce genre de chambre … oui c’était un appartement 2 chambres mais pas le luxe montré dans les photos

Très bien placé en Ztl à 500 m du Duomo 700 du ponte vecchio, tout se fait à pieds, possibilité de réserver le parking et de laisser la voiture ce qui est super pratique. Le personnel est très aimable, donne des conseils et explications précises.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che una delle tre stanze non aveva l’aria condizionata ( era anche un soppalco) considerando il caldo, vi lascio immaginare !!!!

Terrible ! Photos very deceiving! Didn’t get room I booked
Cons:

The property had double booked and I wasn’t given the room I had booked !
I should have been advised of this before arrival !
Sofa bed is a joke , it’s in a hallway and not suitable for adults !
I was very unhappy with situation so left after 30 minutes and booked elsewhere, so didn’t stay.
. Staff were unhelpful, except one who understood my complaint in the end
