Pros:

Exceptional service, lovely hotel. Food at the Mosaic and Kabab is very high quality. Special mentions to staff - Neeraj, Vipul, Shivani, Ajay and Jitendra.

Nice rooms but lacking service

The rooms were nice. Chinese restaurant is good!

The check-in process took considerably longer than expected.

Unfortunately, the pool area was very dirty and, in our view, did not meet the standards we would expect from a hotel of this class. The overall level of service also fell short of our expectations.

Following our honest review, which rated our experience 6/10, the hotel contacted us and we were happy to provide additional feedback and explain what we felt was missing, as well as the reasoning behind our rating.

However, during this conversation, the person who contacted us strongly encouraged us to either delete our original review or change the rating to a 9 or 10. We found this approach inappropriate and disappointing.

As a result of this interaction, we have revised our rating to 2/10. Our revised rating reflects not only our initial experience at the hotel, but also how our honest feedback was handled afterwards.

Good hotel, do not recommend eat here if you don’t like Indian food.
Pros:

The stuff is very friendly and location is save and convenient. The room is very spacious.I love that you have a good hair dryer available!

Cons:

The rooms are a bit old and I was missing a rob to feel like I am on holidays. There is no international food on the dinner buffet and à la cart menu and drinks are extremely overpriced. 400+ for a small sparkling water or soda plus taxes doesn’t feel reasonable.
