I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I accidentally left my iPad in the room and only realized it at the airport. I immediately called the reception and explained exactly where the iPad was, also mentioning that my friend would come to pick it up for me.

The staff repeatedly told me there was no iPad in the room and tried to convince me that I must be mistaken. I asked them to check again because I knew exactly where I had left it. After that, they even stopped answering my calls.

When my friend arrived at the hotel, they again insisted there was no iPad in the room. In the end, my friend went to check personally and found it exactly where I said it would be.

Yes, forgetting it was my mistake, but I never expected the hotel staff to be so unhelpful, dishonest, and unwilling to assist. Instead of helping, they kept denying the truth and trying to convince me otherwise. Very disappointing experience.

Cheap, good location and comfortable facilities. Would stay there again.
