Great place, helpful staff, good location.
Most of it, I thought the staff were very pleasant and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
I thought the price of breakfast was too high, the bathroom although nice needed attention in a couple of places.
Fabulous location, if slightly hard to reach by tube. Very large room for price paid. I think the value for money would vary depending on booking period as I notice booking if for July is over twice the price we paid for April.
It was 35 degrees outside on the day which is not usual for London, but the AC couldn’t quite keep up. Bathroom flooded when the shower was on, I think the seal wasn’t working for the shower cubicle. Reception staff were good but it feels like a big hotel, slightly impersonal
Location and view
Room could have been cleaned better
Amazing and food was actually good
I just didn’t like my view cos I could just see the train tracks tho

The location is excellent, right next to the Thames and walking distance to the South Bank, Houses of Parliament etc. When I arrived, I'd booked a standard room but when I checked in I was told I'd been upgraded to a full suite, with river view - a much better room than the one I'd paid for (I have previously stayed there in a standard room, and that was very nice too). When I came back from my evening out, a bottle of wine and some sweets had been left on the table for me, which was a really nice and unexpected touch.
I couldn't find a hairdryer in the room, although as I was only staying one night that didn't matter - if I'd been there longer I would've asked for one at reception. Also, the TV in the bedroom didn't work, but again that didn't bother me as there was another one in the living room area.
