Wonderful stay at Park Plaza Riverbank. We were celebrating our anniversary and it’s a perfect location to squeeze in lots of activities from Battersea Power Station, to Buckingham Palace.
From arrival, all of the staff were welcoming and fantastic. Everyone from reception, to the bar/ breakfast service were very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Breeze - a beautiful lady who was as cool as her name. Nice toiletry products. Great breakfast. Would stay again!

We had such a brilliant stay here. Special shout out to the staff who were smiley, friendly, and really happy to help. We were fortunate enough to have the pool completely to ourselves during the London heatwave and it was heavenly! Our room was lovely, and the aircon most welcome. Really highly recommended.

By the river and in town
The view was totally awesome!!!
The lighting in the room was absolutely terrible you could not see in to the closet and the safe with all the lights on full. The room was basically dark with recessed light around all the outer walls. The room smelled of some fragrance that was terrible. They are not allergy friendly at all my nose was running from the time we got there until we left. We did ask to be moved to another room of equal status and still including the view but we were not accommodated. No discussion at all!!!

Loved how family friendly the hotel was, they cater really well for families. The staff were also exceptional - Erin and Paris in the restaurant and Liza in the amazing kids room.
The room we had was a bit tired and next to a railway track.
