マッターホルンビューが想像していた以上に、素晴らしく、朝焼けも見れました。
Pros:

駅から離れているが、滞在する部屋からマッターホルンが見えたので、さまざまな表情の山が見れて最高でした。手作りのパンやオレンジの皮を無駄にしないなど、取り組みが素晴らしいと思いました。滞在中、優しい気持ちになれました。

Cons:

ホテルに直接、予約すると送迎は無料になるようだが、外部の予約サイトを経由して予約すると有料になる点。勾配のある坂を上らないとならないので、駅前に出たりするのは少し億劫に感じることもありました。

Uma estadia para ficar lembrada para sempre.
Pros:

O quarto era super confortável, banheiro limpo e espaçoso, e o melhor é a vista, vista do matterhorn o tempo inteiro. O café da manhã também era muito especial, com uma grande variedade de itens e uma vista deslumbrante. A receptividade da responsável também foi muito positivo, cheguei depois do horário do check in e recebi todas as orientações para não ter problema na minha chegada.

Cons:

O cobertor da cama de casal é individual, então não tem um único cobertor e lençol para a cama de casal.
O hotel fica depois de uma subida, e como fomos a pé, tivemos que fazer um esforço para chegar. Mas nada que o taxi da cidade não resolva. Só quisemos economizar no transporte.

Hotel maravilhoso, com uma vista perfeita!
Pros:

A hospedagem foi incrível! Staff extremamente gentil e educado. A vista do quarto para o Matterhorn ganhou o meu coração! A localização do hotel é ótima, assim como o café da manhã. O banheiro é excelente! Nós adoramos também a noite do fondue oferecida pelo hotel.

Cons:

A falta de um frigobar no quarto, dificultou bastante a nossa logística. Além disso, durante a noite fez bastante calor, seria interessante disponibilizar um ventilador para o verão.

Pros:

Excellent. Marked as 3 stars, but better than many 4-stars. We had the tarrace with Matterhorn view. I do not describe this view or give it comments, because there are no words for it in human language. The stuff was extremely nice and helpful. Maybe it is not very cheap but this is Zermatt with Matterhorn view: the price is just OK.

A comfortable room within a beautiful setting pampered by amazing staff.
Pros:

Pamela and I stayed four nights in their "garden suite" on the ground floor. Spacious room and facilities with a view of the Matterhorn through all windows and our walk out patio. After a well appointed breakfast we walked 100 metres up the road to the public elevator down to the ski resort tram. We then looked forward coming back to the hotel "wellness centre" to decompress and relax after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend!
