We welcome well-mannered dogs in our resort with a maximum weight of 11 kg / 25 lbs. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination / defecation in public areas. No more than two (2) dogs may occupy a guestroom. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her dog, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.
*Any dogs considered as aggressive breeds will be required to wear a mussel in public areas and during any staff interactions.
Please be aware that a non-refundable pet fee will be applied at the check-out.

La amabilidad del personal, el desayuno variado y con productos de calidad, la ubicación en la playa con fácil acceso, el spa, lo bien equipadas que estaban las habitaciones, las vistas desde el balcón de la habitación.
En la fritura que me sirvieron en la comida, las anillas de los calamares tenían un rebozado industrial, sería menester que los calamares fueran frescos y el rebozado hecho en la cocina del hotel.

En el dasayuno ( que era muy variado, bueno y de gran calidad ) echamos en falta cuencos pequeños ( para poner el queso crema, el yogur...los frutos secos.) Y una tostadora más, para evitar colas. También tacitas para el café más pequeñas, no todos tomamos café con leche.
El baño no estaba a la altura de la categoria. Tapa wc suelta, manchas en el inodoro...se le tendría que hacer un reestiling para modernizarlo un poco.

Everything else. Hotel not at the level of stars and price. Food is bad, attention is bad. They did not have our reservation when we arrived and had to wait 45 minutes for them to fix it. When we checked out we had a lot of charges that were not ours and had to be removed. Everything was so messy. The food is not at the level of the stars and prices neither

No había mesillas pero tampoco una luz en el cabecero de la cama
Supongo que la gente ha dejado de leer, pero si en lugar de una pantalla quieres leer un libro es casi imposible con la luz del techo
The Le Méridien Ra is a remarkable building with a sense of space and history that immediately stands out. We were particularly impressed by the wellness area and the gym, which are extensive and provide a great environment for anyone looking to stay active or relax during their stay. The climatized swimming pools were also a highlight, maintained at a comfortable temperature that made them very enjoyable for the family.
Breakfast deserves a special mention as it was truly amazing. The selection of products is high-quality and very well cared for, reflecting a standard that matches the hotel's category.
The dinner at La Terraza del Mar was a highlight! Great atmosphere and fresh variety.
While the property is vast, the atmosphere remains calm and professional, defined by the incredible attention to detail from the management team. While every trip can have its minor hiccups, it is how a hotel responds that defines its true category. Mr. Martin Van Halteren, the Front House Manager, is a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel valued and cared for. He handled our stay with personal attention and ensured that any observations were addressed with genuine care. It is a beautiful place for a family break, and we appreciated the hospitality shown by the entire team.
