Hotel que passa emaigem mas não tem qualidade.

Cons:

Não gostei da limpeza
Toalhas sujas, roupa da cama com vestígios de outras pessoas, copos e garrafa com marcas de não ser limpo e não se fala do chão.
Falta de vigilância.

Nice stay close to Funchal
Pros:

The property looked lovely from outside. The views from the balcony was amazing! Staff was super nice and helpful. Lovely breakfast buffet and option for dinner too. Had both an inside and outside swimming pool!

Cons:

The room was so noisy, every time someone opened a door of the balcony you could hear it and you could hear other guests upstairs. Bathroom was old and dated and shower leaked to the room.

Ci aspettavamo di più, purtroppo non ci è piaciuto tanto.

Ci hanno dato un altra stanza di quella che avevo prenotato, il parcheggio c’è però solo per ca 20 macchine, piscina solo con prenotazione, qualità prezzo negativo

Jako baza wypadowa na zwiedzenie Madery fajny ale jako hotel do spędzania czasu słabo.
Pros:

Obiekt położony jakieś 400 od plaży. W okolicy dużo restauracji i sklepów spożywczych. Widać że po remoncie. Śniadania ok, bez szału.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji mocno daje się we znaki! Mega gorąco w pokojach! Same pokoje swoje najlepsze czasy maja za sobą. Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia.
Wieczorami codziennie imprezy tematyczne które są głośne co przeszkadza jeśli chcemy się położyć aby przygotować się na wyjście na szlak.

Tout était super notamment le petit déjeuner qui était bien au dessus de nos attentes, la piscine était très bien. La chambre parfaite le manque de Clim ne se fait pas sentir grâce au ventilateur. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés la porte de la salle de bain était cassée mais elle a été directement réparé après signalement

Het personeel aan het onthaal en de bar waren super!
Ideale locatie om Funchal te bezoeken 😃

Cons:

Het keukenpersoeel en het personeel in het restaurant waren niet altijd vriendelijk.
De vensters in de kamers konden niet altijd sluiten.
Jammer dat de drank bij het avondbuffet niet is inbegrepen. Dit stond bij reservering ook nergens vermeld.
Opgelet: bij reservering zeker een parkeerplaats reserveren. Er zijn meer auto’s dan parkeerplaatsen!

Pros:

Camera, mare, curată,micul dejun bun și variat,amplasarea hotelului relativ central(5-7 minute cu mașina)

Cons:

Lipsa aerului condiționat și imposibilitatea de aerisire eficienta a camerei.
Ventilatorul abia se învârtea așa că, în septembrie,temperatura din camera era mai ridicată decât cea de pe hol!
De asemenea parcarea"hotelului" care se plătește separat dar este la vreo 300 de metri de hotel, distanța pe care, la întoarcere trebuie să o parcurgi in urcare,hotelul fiind amplasat in panta!

Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, la piscine extérieure est vraiment très agréable, tout comme le spa.
Notre chambre disposait d'une grande terrasse avec une belle vue cela était très appréciable également.

Cons:

L'accueil du personnel est assez froid, d'autant plus qu'il y avait un problème avec notre chambre et nous avons dû patienter quelque temps (pas d'excuses pour ce désagrément, nous avions même l'impression de déranger).
Les chambres sont assez vieillissantes et il y fait très chaud, mais pour quelques nuits c'est largement acceptable.
Nous n'avons pas pu réserver le parking sur place, ce dernier était complet. Pour information, il existe un petit parking gratuit à moins de 10 min à pieds de l'hôtel.
Quelques autres points "nagatifs" : certains équipements du spa ne fonctionnaient pas, et l'attente au restaurant proche de la piscine est très longue malgré le peu de client.
