Limpeza, espaço da piscina interior, comida e eventos/atividades noturnas.

Cons:

Estacionamento muito limitado para a quantidade de hóspedes, para além de ser pago, sendo necessário estacionar em parques pagos ou paquímetros na rua. O atendimento nem sempre foi o mais simpático.

Gostei da simpatia da senhora da receção em resolver o nosso problema do quarto

Na chegada ao hotel demorámos cerca de 30 minutos a sermos atendidos e quando somos o recepcionista não nos deu indicações de nada, apenas do número do quarto 311, nós tivemos de andar por nós a descobrir onde eram as coisas
Reservei um quarto com vista jardim e paguei o valor na integra, quando chegámos ao hotel foi nos atribuído um quarto que mais parecia uma cave, com um quarto só com uma janela super pequena que era opaca a dava vista para as tubagens dos ares condicionados, o cheiro era nauseabundo, fiquei horrorizada e sinceramente marcou a nossa experiência e só queríamos ir embora e pedir o reembolso
De noite fomos à recepção e fomos atendidos por uma senhora recepcionista super simpática e prestável que lamentou a situação e avisou-nos que no dia seguinte trocariamos de quarto, ao qual aconteceu e ficámos na segunda noite no quarto suposto que reservamos, mas foi lamentável, principalmente pelo valor que pedem às pessoas e os quartos não têm as condições que aparentam nas fotografias
Sobre o pequeno-almoço com imensa comida à disposição efetivamente mas quem seja vegan ou vegetariano não consegue comer praticamente nada, poucas opções variadas tal como no leite nem tem opção de soja

L’emplacement

Cons:

Chambres qui manquent de modernité et de propreté, poussières restantes, calcaire, taches sur les draps. Fenêtres non sécurisées, qui s’ouvre facilement toutes seules avec le vent, qui n’ont pas de poignées.

Het eten was heel lekker, niet zo een groot aanbod maar wel allemaal lekker vers.
De bedden waren goed ondanks het een verouderde kamer was.

Cons:

Het ontbijt start pas om 7.30 waardoor er een lange rij aanschuiven is voor je binnen mag en eens binnen ontzettend druk, het eten ook snel weg. S'avonds had je hier minder last van. Ze zouden het ontbijt beter laten starten om 7u want iedereen wil hier vroeg aan zijn dag beginnen.

J'ai beaucoup aimé la piscine, le cadre et l'hôtel. On peut rentrer à l'heure qu'on souhaite et le personnel est très souriant, aimable et serviable. J'ai passé un super séjour.

Cons:

Toutes les prestations de la piscine intérieure (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, cascade) n'étaient pas disponible et le jacuzzi aurait pu être nettoyé.
