Traumhafter Blick auf Funchal
Pros:

Zuallererst: Der Blick vom Balkon im 10. Stock auf die Bucht von Funchal war gigantisch! Wir verbrachten abends viele Stunden auf diesem Balkon. Die kleine Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war abwechslungsreich. Man fand immer irgendwas, was einem schmeckte. Die Angestellten waren überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ich bin kein Freund vom Duschen in einer Wanne mit Vorhang. Die Anordnung des Buffets fand ich etwas merkwürdig. Der Platz vor dem Buffet war sehr eng, besonders zu Stoßzeiten.

Comfortabel, maar erg onwelkom.

Alles was heel netjes, mooi uitzocht en comfortabel bed.

Cons:

Het personeel weigerde mijn blindgeleidehond, ook toen ik zei dat dat tegen de wet was. Ik boekte het hotel voor de zwembaden, spa en ontbijtbar, maar van die faciliteiten mocht ik geen gebruik maken. Ik vind het zonde van mijn geld en bovendien was een een domper op mijn vakantie. De man achter de balie keek me voortdurend heel vuil aan toen ik passeerde met mijn hulphond.

Расположение и завтрак

Cons:

Убирают плохо, часто приходили в 18, чтобы спросить нужна ли уборка. Очень старый номер, убитый годами проживания в нем. снаружи здания на фасаде велись строительные работы, был постоянный шум. Одним днем был замечен таракан в номере. Мы оплачивали стоянку, мест постоянно не хватало, на мой вопрос где оставить, ответа не было, приходилось стоять и ждать когда кто-то уедет, чтобы припарковаться. Отель находится на склоне, жуткий подъем вверх и надо быть готовым ставить машину под большим углом. На первую ночь в день заезда после парковки на территории отеля неизвестным был нанесен большой ущерб арендованной машине, кто-то не вписался или др, отель не помог ни с чем и сказал, что не несет ни за что ответственность.

Her had een mooi balkonnetje met goed uitzicht. Ook het ontbijt was uitgebreid.

Cons:

Er stonden hele vieze glazen in de kast! De wc was kapot, maar werd gelukkig wel snel gemaakt. - Ook de afstandbediening van de airco was kapot. - Het personeel vertelde ons dat er geen parkeerplek was en dat we maar “ergens” aan de straat moesten parkeren. Na 3 keer vragen bleek er opeens toch plek te zijn. We werden de verkeerde kant opgestuurd voor onze kamer. Het is meer dan een half uur lopen naar het centrum, maar er zijn wel horeca gelegenheden in de buurt,

La piscine, le personnel très accueillant, me confort des lits, la décoration et la propreté des chambres.

Cons:

Impossible d'arrêter la climatisation lors de notre premier passage, le bruit des travaux des chambres inférieures, de la rue et des chiens avoisinant, lors de notre 2eme passage.
