Pros:

Le petit déjeuner copieux et bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

L'accueil , manque de clarté dans les informations.
Manque de flexibilité dans l'arrivée et dans les diverses demandes.
Les nuisances sonores et d'isolement (porte fenêtre ne ferme pas correctement), circulation de voitures et travaux. Ne venez pas dans ce logement si vous voulez de la tranquillité.

Séjour sympa, nous avons passé une bonne semaine !
Pros:

La localisation était top, restau, magasins et la marina de Funchal pas loin !
Studio au top, bien équipé et jolie vue. Le rooftop à une vue incroyable et imprenable.

Cons:

Dommage que dans la chambre liquide vaisselle et éponge ne soit pas dispo.
Concernant le spa nous avons été déçu, piscine intérieure non chauffée, bain turque en panne, et jacuzzi sans bulles. Le petit déjeuné parfois n’était pas assez fournis par rapport au nombre de personne, certains aliments étaient pas remis dans les chauffes plats.

L'accueil adorable du personnel.studio,avec balcon.vue resplendissante sur la mer.petit déjeuner,copieux avec une variété pour tout les goûts.le personnel adorable.cet hotel a tous les équipements sportif tennis,piscine intérieur,avec jaccusi, sauna hammam.piscine extérieur.avec snack bar.a 20h animation extérieur.22h spectacles dans le salon intérieur.des petit recoin de jardin,si on veux se ressourcer seule.j'espere pouvoir repartir.et je choisirais a nouveau cet hotel.

Pros:

Lots of facilities from swimming pool to private balconies… the staff was very friendly. I recommend taking the parking if you have a car it makes your life easier. Their breakfast buffet is varied. It’s close to everything.

Cons:

I think it needs a drying rack for the balcony for the swimsuits etc

Estadia estragada por um descuido do hotel
Pros:

O hotel merece elogios pela localização central na cidade, a variedade do pequeno almoço e, sobretudo, pelo atendimento impecável dos funcionários – são muito simpáticos e atenciosos

Cons:

Minha experiência neste hotel foi profundamente prejudicada por uma série de fatores que comprometeram gravemente o conforto e o descanso durante a estadia.

Em primeiro lugar, destaco a falta de consideração da gestão ao iniciar obras ruidosas diretamente adjacentes ao meu quarto, culminando na remoção de uma janela. Esta intervenção não só foi disruptiva, mas também agravou drasticamente a já insuficiente qualidade do isolamento acústico do local.

Somando-se a este problema estrutural, o descanso noturno foi seriamente perturbado por vários ruídos constantes: os latidos excessivos de cães e um nível constante de barulho veicular da rua. Algo que poderia ser facilmente evitável se nos tivessem realojado num quarto diferente.

Outro ponto logístico a ser melhorado é a falta de estacionamento no próprio hotel, obrigando-nos a buscar locais distantes ao final do dia.

Espero que estes pontos sejam considerados para garantir que futuras estadias dos hóspedes desfrutem de um nível adequado de tranquilidade e conforto acústico.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et confortable la vue sur mer

Cons:

Le bruit ! On était on 11eme étage, simple vritage, réveillé tous les matins à 6h par 1 meute de chiens à proximité dans 1 maison, par la circulation et ensuite 1 coq prend le relais.
Le petit dej correct mais c'est l'usine.
