Wonderful experience overall with stunning views for breakfast and fantastic dining options for all!
Pros:

The staff is extremely friendly & the room was much bigger than we expected!

Cons:

While I’m understanding of cultural differences, it was a shame that a tiny 2 inch tattoo on my significant other’s forearm prevented us from being able to use the spa facilities. Even when offer to cover up with make up or a wrap :(

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Housekeeping sehr gründlich. Die Lage ist schön und die Aussicht sehr gut

Cons:

Das Frühstück war jeden Tag exakt gleich. Die Auswahl war nicht zufriedenstellend und sehr westlich gehalten obwohl man ja in Japan etwas japanisches erwartet. Das japanische Frühstück im Keller hingegen war sehr teuer und nicht lohnenswert.
Bei Ankunft wurden wir weggeschickt mit der Begründung der Check In sei nicht offen. Uns wurde nach einer 20 h Reise noch nochmal ein Glas Wasser angeboten und ein Bereich, in dem man warten kann. Zudem mussten wir anschließend unser Gepäck selbst in unser Zimmer (27. Etage) bringen. Während unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir beobachten, wie jedem das Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde.

Vue superbe sur la tour de Tokyo et les alentours, staff à l'écoute et sympathique, chambre spatieuse et propre, services et magasins disponibles dans l'hôtel, salle de bain nickel (douche et baignoire).

Cons:

J'aurais aimé savoir à l'avance, lors du check-in, qu'il y aurait une taxe de séjour et son montant totale.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das Zimmer wurde teils 2 mal täglich sauber gemacht.

Die Unterkunft war ganz okey, für über 500€ pro Nacht erwartet man aber schon etwas mehr Luxus, die Zimmer sind sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen, dafür immernoch so einen Wucher Preis zu verlangen find ich nicht fair. Die premium Lounge die wir hatten hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht, jedoch lies das buffet zu wünschen übrig. Viel Auswahl gibt es nicht. Gebäck wird nicht frisch geliefert, das schmeckte man sehr stark bei den Croissants raus, Vielfalt gab es auch nicht da jeden Tag dasselbe buffet aufgetischt worden war. Alles in allem würde ich für diesen Preis aufjedenfall woanders nächtigen. Man müsse in Betracht ziehen das ich die Unterkunft Monate voraus gebucht habe. Ein Zimmer pro Nacht in dieser Klasse kostet 1000€ aufwärts. Nicht gerechtfertigt.

Pros:

Sky-Bar mit Blick auf den Tokio-Tower war unbeschreiblich, aber auch teuer. Wer das nötige Kleingeld hat ist hier sehr gut untergebracht. Es hat sogar eine Bowling Bahn. Die Zimmer waren gross und geräumig, das Bad sauber und die Badewanne hat eine Whirlpool Funktion.

Besonders schön waren die Lobby sowie das Frühstück im obersten Stockwerk mit beeindruckendem Panoramablick. Auch die Bar ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Zimmer wirkten auf den Bildern deutlich moderner, weshalb ich vor Ort etwas enttäuscht war. Insgesamt machten sie einen eher in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck. Die Betten waren sauber und grundsätzlich in Ordnung, jedoch war auf den Ablagen sowie im Bad an einigen Stellen Staub zu sehen. Als Schweizer hat mir hier allenfalls teils möglicherweise auch zu hohe Erwartungen?
