Guests must be over 20 years old to use the 33rd-floor lounge as well as the spa and fitness center which includes the swimming pool and hot-spring baths. Extra charges apply.
Breakfast is served at the Club Lounge located on the 32nd floor of the property for guests who book a rate plan with Club Lounge access during 7 AM-11 AM (last order at 10:30 AM).
Please note that only Deluxe Twin Room can accommodate an extra bed.
One child under 1 year old stays free of charge when using a child cot or crib.

O quarto era incrível! Uma sala e um quarto enormes e super bem decorados. Vista para a torre!
Café da manhã bem gostoso. Muitas amenidades no quarto, adorei o kit de skin care que era reposto todos os dias. O hotel também foi super disposto a nos ajudar a recuperar um item esquecido no quarto enviando até o Brasil.
Fomos no auge do verão, então o ar condicionado do quarto às vezes não dava conta do calor. Assim como a geladeira do quarto que não gelava direito.
予約は東京タワーの見えない方の部屋でしたが、バージョンアップしていただいて見えるところの部屋にしてもらいました。本当にありがとうございます。最高の眺めでした。受付の方の対応がとても素晴らしかったです。スパの広々とした温泉、プール、ジム最高でした。化粧台がたくさんあり、アメニティも充実していた所がとても良かったです。最高の思い出となりました。
スパのロッカーの使い方についての説明が不足していたように思います。ホテルのスパやジムの使い方についてもう少し説明がほしかったです。あとはフロントの窓口が少なく感じました。

Geen goed Engels, lounge niet goed je wordt anders behandeld als je niet uit Japan komt.
Spa mag je geen spa nemen, meer een zwembad waarin je vroeger les kreeg…

J’ai réservé une chambre communicante avec vue sur la tour de Tokyo, arrivée à ´l’hôtel on me dit que la chambre n’existe pas( pourtant c’est sur leur site officiel), puis qu’elle n’est plus disponible…
Vista incredibile sia dalla camera (eravamo al 15 piano ) che ancora di più dal 33 piano dove si fa colazione . Colazione ottima e con grande varietà di prodotti - Stanza enorme super confortevole- Staff gentilissimo: abbiamo dimenticato in bagno apparecchio denti di ns figlio e lo hanno rispedito in Italia . Grande professionalità e gentilezza

La habitación y los servicios del hotel. Estuvimos en la suite y es increible.
The amenities and overall feel of this hotel are exceptional. The staff are incredibly accomodating. The location is perfect for exploring without being overwhelming. There are so many facilities within the hotel for self-care and quick snacks/drinks, you don't need to leave the hotel grounds.
The bed was incredibly firm and stiff.
