Guests must be over 20 years old to use the 33rd-floor lounge as well as the spa and fitness center which includes the swimming pool and hot-spring baths. Extra charges apply.
Breakfast is served at the Club Lounge located on the 32nd floor of the property for guests who book a rate plan with Club Lounge access during 7 AM-11 AM (last order at 10:30 AM).
Please note that only Deluxe Twin Room can accommodate an extra bed.
One child under 1 year old stays free of charge when using a child cot or crib.

Absolutely everything! The Prince Park Tower Hotel is honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location, stunning tower views, beautiful rooms and exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend booking a Club Lounge access room — the lounge experience was outstanding, with excellent food, drinks, atmosphere and service throughout the day.
A special thank you to Heriko and Renu, who were incredibly warm, attentive and professional. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. They are a real credit to the hotel

Beautiful views of Tokyo tower from our balcony and a great start to our Japan adventure.
The bathroom and tech heavy warm seat toilet was great and the staff gave us a warm welcome
Top floor restaurant has a nasty habit of telling you off if you even dare look out the window from the reserved area, obviously if occupied you wouldn't step into that zone. But when empty, as a paying guest I should be able to have a quick look.
The surrounding park and hotel grounds were beautiful. We had a very relaxing stay here. We had two twin panoramic rooms with club lounge access (which we used daily). The rooms were incredibly spacious and included a small balcony and very generous bathroom. Fortunately, there were never crowds at the club lounge and check-in (in the downstairs lobby for us) was seamless. We arrived at 11am courtesy of the hotel shuttlebus at Hamamatsucho station - it arrived 1min early after downloading the timetable of the hotel website. Would definitely recommend to anyone flying into Haneda with sizable luggage. We were able to drop off our luggage in reception before returning for check-in at 3pm. The food at the club lounge was excellent and their free flowing champagne (and shelf of spirits) a highlight. The train/metro stations were all within easy walking distance. We also made use of the taxis in the hotel driveway (from memory, a one way trip to Ginza 6 cost us 1900Y). Our club lounge access didn't include other club floor privileges (such as complimentary access to the pool and onsen - which were quite pricey). We would definitely all stay here again.
