Reasonably priced 5 star hotel at a good location
Pros:

Good location, in walking distance of the subway and short taxi ride to the Shinkansen train station. Spacious room, a bit outdated, but I guess that’s why the price is reasonable. Room with a nice view. We spent 5 days here and it was a good base to discover the different areas of Tokyo.

The lobby and facilities were beautiful and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating.

Cons:

Stained toilet, furniture (fecal and sweat stains), moldy shower grout and ceiling, etc.

Beautiful place
Pros:

Very well situated, spacious rooms, nice view towards the town, balcony and an excellent breakfast on 32 floor. The staff was very polite and friendly. Close to an underground (metro) station. Very well organised support /concierge service. There is a bus to the airport. If you have a heavy luggage, taxis are available at any time and they are not so expensive (we got a taxi to Haneda Airport, the driver was polite and helpful with the luggage).

Cons:

The furniture was a bit outdated but the room was pretty good and kept very clean. The restaurants a a bit overpriced, however not far away there is plenty of them.
