Guests must be over 20 years old to use the 33rd-floor lounge as well as the spa and fitness center which includes the swimming pool and hot-spring baths. Extra charges apply.
Breakfast is served at the Club Lounge located on the 32nd floor of the property for guests who book a rate plan with Club Lounge access during 7 AM-11 AM (last order at 10:30 AM).
Please note that only Deluxe Twin Room can accommodate an extra bed.
One child under 1 year old stays free of charge when using a child cot or crib.

Prince Park Tower Tokyo was one of the highlights of our trip! Amazing view of Tokyo tower from all parts of the hotel, exceptional staff, great location (walking distance to subway stations, walking distance to Tokyo Tower, and near iconic picture spots of Tokyo Tower). There are restaurants within hotel on site and convenience store (Lawson) as well.

Restaurants are top notch. The bowling salon was fun, the minimart in the basement is real nice to have handy. The breakfast buffet on the top floor has everything you might want, and the view from the same place at night is amazing.
nice central location to almost everywhere we wanted to go, the only exception being our trip to Mt Fuji. We stayed in a garden suite, the room was spacious and comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful to explore.
We couldn't use the pool, hot springs or spa because we have tattoos, I'm hoping this changes before I go back in a couple of years. There are no public trash cans, so be sure to carry something to put your trash into. Stores and fast food places have trash bins inside.
The breakfast buffet was pretty nice, 7/10.
The rooms were cramped and very outdated. We had two rooms and one smelled like wet dog every time we entered. We’d just get used to the smell; they wanted an additional $700/night to upgrade.

The room was very spacious and clean. There are two train stations nearby and a Lawsons located in the hotel. We were a big fan of the breakfast options. The staff were all friendly.

Nous avons aimé "tout", le service, les petits déjeuners (on a fait les deux types de petits déjeuners). La chambre était spacieuse avec tout ce qui était nécessaire pour le quotidien.
L'emplacement bien que loin des points touristiques nous allait bien, juste à côté de la Tour de Tokyo dans le calme mais desservi par plusieurs transports en commun, et toutes les commodités pas loin. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Always great location, love the tower view
After chosen the hotel for 5 years, first time we lost 20000Yen while staying in the place, the wallet was in the inner layer of the backpack, and the bag was never brought out of the room. The hotel feedback was house keeping service given as normal, no findings. Maybe we trusted the hotel too much, should still treat it as a normal hotel, not a relaxing place.
