Top class hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

Amazing family holiday at this hotel 5 star facilities all the way but what really makes this hotel stand out is the quality of staff who work there everyone we met had positive interaction special shout out to Ella who looked after us so well. We will return as soon as we can

Best family holiday in a long time lots to do in the area padel golf tennis and some wonderful restaurant bovino and bro

The facilities and location are excellent but want really makes this place special are the staff so helpful and really 5 star service special thanks to Ella who looked after us so well during our stay a real credit to the hotel

Third time here and will be back
Pros:

From arrival until departure are stay was wonderful. Our room wasn't ready on arrival and the lovely lady from Guest Services took us to the bar for a welcome drink.
The one bedroom suite is beautiful. My only negative is the location of light switches and controls for the electric blinds. Right in the centre wall of the bed. I opened the blinds multiple times each night.
House keeping keep the room as if you're the first guest.
Breakfast excellent
Bar service both by the pool and in the main bar excellent
