Everything , staff was so friendly . The hotel was spotless and breakfast gorgeous
Nothing
Breakfast was good, but busy.
When ordering at the bars, we were overcharged twice (by mistake of course!) AND their Bar and food prices were extortionate.
Great location - easy access for taxis. Plenty availability of sunbeds and towels.
For us, only small issue was having bottle water available on first day only of stay. All hotels now provide water each day. Very important in warm climates where dehydration is a possibility.

The room was great, very clean, and spacious.
The pool area was and not particularly pleasant.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, but would say on the lower end of 5*
I'd say that as all the finishing touches weren't up to scratch.
Paint that had left above or around the level area, holes in walls exposed where wires for TV's etc are big and visible.
I noticed alot of doors walls with greasy-dirty marks all over,in particular a living room table that was in need of a good scrub! ( Which I left a note to be cleaned but wasn't looked at,but maybe cleaner didn't understand)
The road was very obvious,but generally louder at rush hour.
The grounds are beautiful and of course the golf courses.
We felt safe at all time's which means a lot being 2 single ladies.
We were also upgraded, bonus!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making our visit feel truly special from start to finish. The service was exceptional throughout, and the rooms and amenities were excellent. Fantastic breakfast.

We enjoyed a 7 night break here in a 2 bed Sunrise Suite. The level of hospitality experienced was second to none. Our son has a number of allergies and from the moment we informed the hotel |(before we departed) to the moment we left we felt confident that he would be catered for and be able to enjoy his holiday. The whole food and beverage team were aware of his needs before we arrived. His food was made freshly and safely every day. We would very comfortably recommend the hotel for anyone with allergies. We are returning customers, we had stayed at the hotel 13 months before this trip. The team remembered our sons favourite food and made him treats relating to it for our arrival. What a lovely thing to do. The whole experience made us feel like guest satisfaction really is the top of the hotels agenda - from the Hotel Manager to the Housekeeping Team we have nothing but good things to say,
The Suite itself is one of the biggest suites we have stayed in. The kitchenette is extremely handy with everything you need to cook a meal. The beds are large and comfortable, the pillow menu is a great addition. All in all a great trip. We definitely weren’t ready to come home!
Beautiful accommodation with excellent facilities, the gym pool and general level of services were exceptionally
I didn’t d feel the he air conditioning in the room was the only minor complaint I would have, it was exceptionally warm and the ability to increase the fan strength would have been nice
Lovely suites and good public rooms
Very crowded pool area . As an older couple we were surprised by the number of families. Just not for us . There pool area was crammed with sun beds with only 27 umbrellas . Not a lot of shade
Great for families and sun worshipers .
