Highly recommended hotel overall — we truly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The place always felt lively and full of energy, with a great atmosphere throughout the day. The restaurant/bar area was very pleasant, and the bakery was excellent — we especially enjoyed grabbing coffee from the bar together with fresh pastries and sandwiches from the bakery.

The location is also great, in the Shinjuku area and right next to Shinjuku Chuo Park, with a nearby train station and another very good breakfast spot close by.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful during our stay. They assisted us with forwarding our luggage to Kyoto and were always happy to help with any question or request.

Cons:

Areas that could be improved are the English level of some staff members, although they genuinely do their best to assist and communicate. In addition, the rooms are not cleaned daily (aside from towel replacement), which was a bit inconvenient for me during the stay.

Pleasant but rooms too small.
Pros:

Good restaurant onsite and relatively quiet neighbourhood. Only five minutes from Metropolitan building for the great views of Tokyo

Cons:

Rooms are very small even by Japanese standards.

Love love love this hotel definitely not a 3 star more a 4 and up
Pros:

2nd time at this property absolutely love it

Cons:

This time had a room on the 8th floor could hear neighbours clear as day next door. Though this may be because the hotel was quite booked out this time then last time but absolutely love this property and location
