Perfect value for money!
Pros:

Location is perfect! Rooms are really comfortable. There is a really good bakery on the first floor. I think it was the best bakery in Tokió we tried! Really nice and modern hotel! Shinjuku station was just 10 minutes walk! So perfect location

ランチを予約しました。すごく良かったです。こちらのランチが食べたい為に　次も予約するかもです。

ハンガーも通常より多く　アイロン　アイロン台　加湿器の貸し出しがあった

Cons:

外国の方が8割くらい占めている感じのお客様でした。スタッフの方の対応が重なってる時　もう一つのフロント代に移動して対応してるようでしたが、そこに別の方が並ばれ　最初から並んで待っている身としては　いかがなものかと。

Pros:

The room was spacious and the location was very good. Everyone at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were nice with a vibrant long shared table at the entrance where people would study or eat, creating a nice cozy vibe. Overall I really like it, the location was also very good, the shrine in the park next to it is a hidden gem and there is a few nice coffee places nearby, only 10 min walk from the station, I would recommend it to a friend!

Great location. Value for money. Comfortable space in the room. Nice bakery at lobby.

Cons:

Sound proofing in hotel not so good. Got woken up in the middle of the night by guests talking along the hallway.

Muy limpio, tal y como se ve en la reserva. Cerca hay un parque y tmbien parada de metro.
