I enjoyed the entirety of the stay even with the location away from the train stations.
Pros:

Super nice restaurant and lobby, nice employees as well, you get what you paid for.

Cons:

The room was a little small for 2 people but manageable, and the location being at least a 10+ minute walk from any train station entrance was a bit of an inconvenience, but not the worst thing in the world.

Die Lage war tiptop, 15 Minuten Fussweg bis zu Shinjuku und ein direkter Bus nach Shibuya.

Queen size room okay up to 3 days stay
Pros:

The location is very okay to explore Shinjuku area and also easy access to train station. This hotel has contemporary- art vibes. Breakfast was very good. We had dinner once in the hotel restaurant as “a la carte” and the taste was very good. The stuff is extremely very kind. Overall good experience. Hotel umbrellas and electricity plug adaptor converters (to EU plugs) was very nice touch for an European traveller like me.

Cons:

In overall Japan, I know the smoking rooms are very closed spaces. in the hotel smoking room, please make the ventilation better and maybe also provide a heated tobacco/vape area

Not much space to store your belongings in the queen size room. I am aware the most hotel rooms are small in Tokyo. I guess I expected more drawers etc in these Queen rooms that is not visible in the pictures. (Still manageable stay for up to 3 days)

Hotel consigliato!
Pros:

L’hotel è in una buona posizione, in una zona tranquilla ma collegata da molti autobus alla stazione di Shinjuku o Shibuya. La camera era spaziosa e dotata di vari comfort. L’hotel dispone di spazi comuni e di una bakery all’interno dell’hotel davvero graziosa.

Cons:

Il bagno era molto piccolo, anche per la media degli spazi del Giappone.
