Really they were so upset with the place I had to go out and buy them Clorox cleanups she's a thing about cleanliness my sister-in-law she went through almost the whole container asked me if I had another. Kind of breakfast was what it is Continental breakfast! Unfortunately since I paid for the booking under my name and they left the first morning after checking I was so upset I did not call or get in touch with booking.com which I've used so much throughout the years of my life as I am now 70 I really needed to get that last night refunded to me if you could help that be great. The smell is horrible for them even though in Pennsylvania we grew up on the Jersey shores and Maryland Shores. I've lived in Key Largo for 39 years and my husband for 47 years. I tried to steer them away from that place but my sister-in-law picked it so I didn't want to butt in too much I knew it was going to be wrong I would never recommend it. My suggestion would be as I was in off season they still need to lower the plate price and it's absolutely dirty!
Unfortunately because they left upset I was upset and I did not get in touch with booking.com to see if I could get back the last night's rent they left the second day of check in so if you can help me I greatly appreciate that I was too upset to get a hold of booking.com although I've used them for the last 30 years.

Bed was comfortable, staff were nice.
The resort was run down. Little closet space, several of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The smell was so horrible we couldn’t enjoy the pool or the grounds. We later found out it was sargassum. It would have been nice to be warned.
Next door to Snappers..nice pool area.
Terrible smell from the seawater in the cove.

ALL AROUND PROPERTY THINGS WERENT UP TO MY EXPECTIONS. ELEVATORS NOT WORKING WAS ALSO A PROBLEM.
I didn’t know prior to booking renovations were taking place but paused. We had to carry multiple bags up an outdoor flight of stairs. Every time we arrived or left we were already sweaty from the access being outside.
Letting me know construction was occurring and giving me time to find another place. I had one day
I wasn’t aware until we arrived at the party of a $30/day resort fee. For nothing. The property is too far out to ride bikes. The current comes into the bay so to kayak out you have to be strong. The amenities sucked. The breakfast was all bread and yogurt that sits out on the counter for hours
Very unsatisfied. Never use booking.com again

המקום ישן ולא מתוחזק , מקלחת שירותים טעון שיפור. לא ניתן להשתמש בכספת , הנקיון הגיע לחדר בשעה שלוש אחה״צ שכבר הלכנו לנוח אז לא ניקו לנו את החדר ולא החליפו לנו מגבות.
היה ריח צחנה מהים ביצים רקובות וזה העיק מהות על השהות. איא היה להכנס לים.
The price for one night was excessive.
The Balcony view was everything, And it was very quiet there. Me and my Fiance had the whole pool and jacuzzi to ourselves so that was a plus.
I didnt like the big iguanas. Overall it was a nice place to visit.
I would describe my stay as a mixed experience. This property has a great deal of potential, but it appears to need additional investment and maintenance to fully meet guests' expectations.
One of my biggest disappointments was that the online description advertised an ocean-view room. I stayed in Room 209, and unfortunately, it does not have an ocean view. The room overlooks the inlet, and the view is partially obstructed by the elevator structure and surrounding trees. Any room on this side of the building will not be able to see the ocean. At no point was the ocean visible from the room.
In addition, there was a noticeable odor coming from the inlet area. I'm not sure whether it was due to the sargassum currently affecting the Atlantic coastline or from the nearby seafood restaurant, but it was unpleasant and detracted from the overall experience.
The property itself also appears to need better upkeep. My room had a leak in the bedroom ceiling, which was another indication that maintenance issues should be addressed.

Jól néz ki, lábakon áll, kis földnyelven van a vízben. Medence jó. 0-24. Van jakuzzi, szintén 0-24.Saját pici strandrésze van, betonozott, lejáróval, biztonsági cölöpökkel. Fél 10-re értünk oda, az iroda mellett postaládában várt a kulcskártya, és levél a tudnivalókkal. Áz egész hely filingje nagyon jó. Tele van leguánokkal. A szezon közepén sem zsúfolt. A reggelizőben éjjel-nappal vehetsz finom hűtött szürt vizet a gépből .
Nincs túl nagy tisztaság. Vigyél fertőtlenítő törlőkendőt! A természet közelsége miatt bogarakra kell számítani (két nagy csótányt tapostunk el a szobában, remélem nem védett. Nálunk az ilyet az állatkertben mutogatják). Maradtunk még egy napot, és a helyszínen intézett éjszaka drágább volt, mint a Booking.com-on foglalt! Ezt igazán nem értettem. A reggeli mindig ugyanaz, se rántotta, se húsféle, csak főtt tojás. Ja: a kontinentális reggeliben a legeslegjobb helyen sincs zöldség. Persze, itt sincs. Gyümölcs vagy gyümölcssaláta előfordul. Összesen 6 szállodában voltunk Floridában, és ez mindben így volt. A 3. helyen vettünk zöldségeket a boltban, és levittük a reggelihez. Gluténmentes kaja sehol sincs kitéve, lehet, hogy lehet kérni előre.
