Dove Creek stay
Pros:

Room clean and quiet. Snappers restaurant right next door.

Cons:

Continental breakfast not well monitored. Food and utensils ran out, so sometimes couldn't eat what was left. E.g= no bowls or milk for the cereal, Couldn't find anyone at the main desk to take care of it.

Disappointing, looks far far better online than in reality.
Pros:

Nice location, on paper the list of facilities is great. The reality is different.

Cons:

Tired decor, very dated. Felt like we’d checked in to 1978.

Would you refund my last day and night there please?

Really they were so upset with the place I had to go out and buy them Clorox cleanups she's a thing about cleanliness my sister-in-law she went through almost the whole container asked me if I had another. Kind of breakfast was what it is Continental breakfast! Unfortunately since I paid for the booking under my name and they left the first morning after checking I was so upset I did not call or get in touch with booking.com which I've used so much throughout the years of my life as I am now 70 I really needed to get that last night refunded to me if you could help that be great. The smell is horrible for them even though in Pennsylvania we grew up on the Jersey shores and Maryland Shores. I've lived in Key Largo for 39 years and my husband for 47 years. I tried to steer them away from that place but my sister-in-law picked it so I didn't want to butt in too much I knew it was going to be wrong I would never recommend it. My suggestion would be as I was in off season they still need to lower the plate price and it's absolutely dirty!

Cons:

Unfortunately because they left upset I was upset and I did not get in touch with booking.com to see if I could get back the last night's rent they left the second day of check in so if you can help me I greatly appreciate that I was too upset to get a hold of booking.com although I've used them for the last 30 years.

Bed was comfortable, staff were nice.

Cons:

The resort was run down. Little closet space, several of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The smell was so horrible we couldn’t enjoy the pool or the grounds. We later found out it was sargassum. It would have been nice to be warned.

Probabilmente siamo stati sfortunati perche l'hotel è sul mare ed essendoci il sargasso era maleodorante, ma per il costo mi aspettavo molto di piu .

Se si arriva dopo le 18 bisogna avvisare se no chiudono il check in , peccato che non é scritto da nessuna parte .
abbiamo dovuto aspettare 30 minuti che tornasse qualcuno.

Le stanze hanno una corrente con voltaggio basso e carica tutto a fatica .

המקום ישן ולא מתוחזק , מקלחת שירותים טעון שיפור. לא ניתן להשתמש בכספת , הנקיון הגיע לחדר בשעה שלוש אחה״צ שכבר הלכנו לנוח אז לא ניקו לנו את החדר ולא החליפו לנו מגבות.
היה ריח צחנה מהים ביצים רקובות וזה העיק מהות על השהות. איא היה להכנס לים.

Disappointing
Pros:

I didn’t know prior to booking renovations were taking place but paused. We had to carry multiple bags up an outdoor flight of stairs. Every time we arrived or left we were already sweaty from the access being outside.

Cons:

Letting me know construction was occurring and giving me time to find another place. I had one day
I wasn’t aware until we arrived at the party of a $30/day resort fee. For nothing. The property is too far out to ride bikes. The current comes into the bay so to kayak out you have to be strong. The amenities sucked. The breakfast was all bread and yogurt that sits out on the counter for hours
Very unsatisfied. Never use booking.com again

THE FRONT DESK CLERK WAS VERY HELPFUL .mANAGER ALSO VERY HELPFUL WHEN AIR CONDITIONG WENT OUT AND WAS PROVIDED ANOTHER APT. TO STAY IN.
