Pros:

Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

My mother is elderly and felt unstable in the shower. A bath mat in the shower would have stopped her feet slipping a bit.

Wasn’t the experience we wanted . on booking was quite disappointed to be honest
Pros:

Lovely building ideal location

Cons:

It was under construction at the time we were there ..there was no air conditioning working . Unable to open the windows and seems as if the 3rd bed didn’t belong in there was ok for 2 people but quite small for 3 people

Rather stay in a tent with a thunder storm

The damp/mould in the room,
On the website it states the room has a jacuzzi and on arrival was told no rooms available for the jacuzzi and on booking ordered a package but couldnt download file to make payment to hotel, so got my own stuff on way, but when i arrived at the hotel it was already in the room and had to pay absolutely not worth the money.will be cancelling it with my bank.

Pros:

It’s near the station. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The Lino flooring in the bedroom. The building site views. The noise from the building site. The lift didn’t work for 2 nights.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast, very comfortable. Good value for money, clean, neat, helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet despite being next to the railway station. Quality extras.

Pros:

Room was nice and good location. Bed was comfy. Fridge was handy

Cons:

Cleaning wasn’t great a lot of hair everywhere and bath not clean, plug was full of hair. Water from the tap was hot or warm no cold.
