Für Zugreisende ein ideales Hotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage vis-à-vis des Bahnhofes, sauberes Zimmer, Hotel-eigenes Restaurant mit schöner Auswahl an Speisen,

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, mit Sicht direkt in eine Baustelle unmittelbar vor dem Fenster. Nach der Renovierung des Hotels kommen wir gerne wieder.

Pros:

the room was large with a nice comfy bed the bathroom was a nice size with a shower over the bath and as I am 74 my wife is 70 we both walk with sticks and have arthritis in our knees so it was a bit of a struggle to have a shower but not a problem the staff where so helpful and lovely they really made us welcome . the breakfast was one of the best choices we have had all the continental was laid out to help yourself with a good selection there was a menu of cooked the nice young lady came and took our order . the location is ideal next to the railway station we caught a bus into the city centre from outside the hotel it took about 8 mins this is a hotel we would defiantly stay in again and the prices are reasonable we parked in the car park next to the hotel we arrived at 1pm and left at 9 am the next day it cost us £5

Cons:

nothing it is the first time we have stayed at this hotel and could not fault will defiantly stay again the next time we are in Swansea

We had a really comfy bed and the room was a good size.

Cons:

The TV was in an odd place - I bashed my head. The bar was a bit dingy so we didn’t fancy breakfast there.

Pros:

Being upgraded to the executive room was a pleasant surprise. The two staff at the reception (especially Rebecca) and the room service lady (Wen) were very pleasant, hospitable, and helpful.

It was a pleasant stay, but overpriced for what it is
Pros:

Excellent location for trains and town centre

Cons:

Did not appreciate being asked to move on while outside having a cigarette, member of staff should of asked if I was staying st the hotel.

Grand is great but being refurbished.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Carpark next door. Strong water pressure. Delicious breakfast. Decent red wine. I liked the decor in the bar.

Cons:

It smells a bit mouldy and of drains. Probably because of the building works. Hilarious view of building worls from my room.

Tolles Hotel. Klein aber fein an günstiger Lage. Sehr zentral
Pros:

Lage des Hotels ausgezeichnet. Gegenüber vom Bahnhof besonders für ÖV-Benutzer super. Das Bett fand ich herrlich bequem. Ich hab geschlafen, wie ein Baby. Frühstück hat grosse Auswahl. Hauptmenü kann ausgewählt und separat bestellt werden. Buffet beinhaltet u.a auch Früchte und das übliche Sortiment wie Cereals, Croissant etc.
Abendessen war auch sehr gut und kann in der Bar eingenommen werden. Dusche ganz ok. Warmwasser kommt schnell und Druck ist genügend vorhanden.

Cons:

Kein Fan von Badewannen-Duschen.

الموقع جميل جدا مقابل المحطه وسوبر ماركت تيسكو ، تعامل الموظفين اكثر من رائع سهولة وسرعة تسجيل الدخول والخروج ، مرافق الغرفه كامله متكامله ، النظافه ورائحة الغرف والممرات جميله. السرير مريح جدا ، الغرفه اللي فيها بلكونه رائعه وشرحه
