Pros:

Close to station and to the town centre, lovely rooms

The hallway carpets are a little outdated in comparison to the rest of the decor

Not a bad option, handy for the Swansea Half.
Pros:

We got luck and had a jacuzzi which we made use of.

Room was good with a balcony. Bed good.

Cons:

A little dirty in the stairwell and Cobwebs on windows.

Very nice stay.
Pros:

Lovely decor and attention to detail.

The windows were not double glazed or soundproof so it was quite noisy when trying to sleep.

Location is good.

Cons:

At the moment this hotel is part building site due to a refurbishment taking place. Upon check-in Victoria the check-in clark decline to give an extra key card which caused considerable inconvenience to me and my wife as we couldn't go out to town for separate needs. The place should not be on the Booking.com website. Some room lights not working , the shelf by the bed on one side falling apart.
As an international traveller from Australia, this is my opinion .

Satisfactory.
Pros:

Excellent location.

Cons:

Room numbers - not on door … poorly set on a round transparent disc on the wall.
Lightning controls in room - far too complex.
Coffee machine - I placed a cup under, added water from my own water bottle- pressed button , went to bathroom- returned & cup had totally overflowed - not impressed.
Not obvious what was/ was not complimentary in room ie water biscuits coffee etc.
