Parfait.
Pros:

Le personnel était particulièrement accueillant, l'hôtel était très confortable et extrêmement bien situé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Cons:

Le parking est un peu loin, mais le personnel du parking est également très accueillant et aidant malgré la "petite" barrière de la langue.

Un angolo di pace e ricarica, circondato dalla magnifica Firenze
Pros:

L’hotel è situato nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze, in una graziosa piazzetta, a circa 5 minuti in carrozzina elettrica da Piazza della Signoria, quindi dagli Uffizi e anche meno da Piazza del Duomo.
Per i titolari di permesso di parcheggio per disabili, si trovano posti auto a qualche decina di metri dalla struttura; per tutti gli altri l’hotel propone una convenzione con un parcheggio privato.
La stanza, accessibile ai disabili, matrimoniale con letto aggiuntivo, é essenziale, ariosa, pulita, molto luminosa grazie a una grande finestra che affaccia sulla piazzetta sottostante. In realtà con spazi un po’ troppo stretti per chi è in carrozzina, per me che faccio qualche passo con appoggio può andare, credo possa essere più complicato per chi non può farlo. Il bagno è attrezzato per disabili, con spazi adeguati alla carrozzina e molto pulito, anch’esso essenziale, la doccia é accessibile alla carrozzina con ante completamente apribili, ma senza seduta e forse carente di ripiani.
Spazi interni all’hotel piacevoli e pulitissimi.
La colazione è ricca e gustosa, le brioche particolarmente deliziose, il caffè ottimo; la sala dedicata é molto luminosa, gli spazi ampi.

Il personale è comunque il vero valore aggiunto, sono stati tutti molto disponibili e accoglienti, e pur mantenendo compostezza e professionalità non ci hanno mai negato il sorriso.
In particolare tengo a ringraziare la splendida Signora Karima, per la dolcezza e la simpatia, per il radioso e travolgente sorriso e l’impagabile parlata fiorentina; e il Signor Mino all’accoglienza, per la pazienza verso le mie tante curiosità, la premura che ci ha rivolto e per l’invidiabile numero di lingue perfettamente parlate.

Qualche difficoltà ad avere spazi di manovra sufficienti all’interno della stanza, escluso il bagno in cui ci si muove agevolmente. Manca il sedile reclinabile in doccia e qualche ripiano per
