No breakfast or meal plan.
I like the toilet. Pristine with shower screen so that the toilet is not wet even after shower.
Lack of space to hang clothes with sufficient hangers.
It would be best if a small table is provided in the toilet to place things like toothbrush, toothpaste etc. We had to used the toilet sister to place these things as there is no flat top available.
A night light would also be fantastic becos they are guests who do not prefer total darkness for sleeping. Haha
Helpful and friendly staff. Carpark is provided for hotel guests. Nearby many good eateries near Kampung Cina Kuala Terengganu.
Pillow too hard and too high. Totally not comfortable to sleep, causing stiff neck and poor quality of sleep.

Good location walking distance to attractions like Kampung Cina in Kuala Terengganu and famous eatery named Atas Tol.
Standard drop since the first time we stayed here few years ago. We always stay at this hotel whenever we visited Kuala Terengganu on yearly basis. The pillow is too high this trip and so uncomfortable and not easy to sleep.
