Pros:

We loved the location, the staff was friendly and it is a cool hotel.
Pros:

Loved the location! It was walkable to most everything we wanted to see but tucked away on a non busy street.

Cons:

The only thing that we didn't like what that is was loud. Not sure what the racket was in the early morning hours but there was some banging going on. Also, we could hear people in the hallway so it wasn't a real quiet hotel for the money.

Hotel Meninas was charming, centrally located and well maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and friends. Next time I'm in Madrid, I will definitely book it again!

Location was very central so perfect to safely walk into the shopping area and to restaurants

Cons:

The building works from a nearby building at 1am were ridiculously loud. My room was smaller than expected.

Perfect stay in a great location
Pros:

A perfect stay. The location is close to Opera and Sol but is down a quiet side street. Rooms are soundproofed so no noise at night. Good sized room and excellent buffet breakfast. The best feature are the staff who are helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

All good.
