Hotel in posizione ottima,a 1 Min dalla fermata della metro,a piedi si può raggiungere il centro in 5 minuti .Staff molto efficiente,gentile.Pulito,ottima colazione .

The room was large and very comfortable.
Large bed and lots of storage.
Location is perfect very close to the opera but in a side street so it is still quiet

Mooi gelegen hotel
Pros:

Erg goed gelegen in het centrum van Madrid. Loopafstand van het paleis, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol. Prado is te belopen, maar ook met drie metrohaltes. Vriendelijk personeel dat behulpzaam was met de kapotte airco.

Cons:

Helaas, in de eerste kamer die we hadden was de airco stuk. Personeel heeft goed geholpen met een andere kamer.
