Pros:

Todo ,muy linda habitación. Desayuno EXELENTE!,el perdonalEXELENTE,tanto en el comedor como en recepción. Todos dispuestos a ayudar!! Ideal para ir con auto,tranquilo,a 20 minutos caminando del centro,pero recomiendo esa caminata recorriendo la hermosas casas y vistas al mar! No dudaría en volver a este hotel! Gracias!!!!

Lovely stay
Pros:

Stayed for 10 nights at the beginning of May.
We had one of the renovated rooms on the 2nd floor which was lovely - very modern, comfortable beds & great bathroom/shower.
We were half board and the food was generally good - plenty of choice - typical Italian fare - don’t come here if you expecting an international menu. Breakfast was also good, particularly if you like cake for breakfast. The waiters worked very hard & were very friendly.
Pool area was nice & not very busy during our stay - no problem getting a sunbed.
Easy to walk into Sorrento & close to railway station for trips to Pompeii etc.
My only criticism is the price of the drinks. 12 euros for an Aperol Spritz was very expensive even for Sorrento standards. The wine was also very pricey. We had drinks in the main square in Sorrento for much less. Supermarket 5 mins away that sold lovely bottles of wine for a fraction of the price in the hotel that we drank sitting on our balcony instead.

Pros:

A wonderful and very pleasant surprise. The hotel is located just 5 minutes from Sant’Agnello station, making it very convenient while still being in a quiet and relaxing area away from the crowds of Sorrento, which is only a 20-minute walk away.
We absolutely loved the hotel grounds — the lemon gardens and seating areas were fabulous and became the highlight of our stay. The pool was also a very good size and perfect for relaxing.
Our room on the second floor was spacious and comfortable. The extra single sofa/converter bed was a great bonus to use as additional seating. The balcony with a table and chairs was lovely for sitting out and enjoying the surroundings. The bathroom was also a good size, with a walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet.
The entrance and reception area, together with the bar and breakfast/dining space opening directly onto the beautiful lemon gardens, created such a welcoming atmosphere. Everything throughout the hotel was spotlessly clean.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and overall we had a fantastic experience. We are so happy we chose this hotel and the Sant’Agnello area, and we cannot wait to come back 😊
A coffee machine would be a great addition.

PERFECT
Pros:

The Hotel was amazing, exactly like the photos. As a tourist that went in every country, I can say that this is one of the best hotels. It simply does “the thing”. Good breakfast, very clean, the staff was amazing, location tends to be off because it is a bit far from Piazza Tasso, but it is a good walk to make you hungry for when you re going to eat jn town. I recommend getting a car to go along the whole coast, its simply better.

Nothing really to comment, other than the location but that isn’t a problem that BAD

Pros:

Номера большие, вокруг много зелени. Территория красивая , бассейн есть. Персонал на ресепшене приветлив и можно оставить багаж. Недалеко от жд станции.
Есть чайник и чай в номере и холодильник ( но он был внутри грязный после предыдущих жильцов).

Cons:

Снижаю оценку за то, что на завтраках совсем не вкусно, одно утро просто грязная тарелка, второе утро грязный чайник и чашка, так нельзя!
Кофе ужасный просто.
Еще бал снижаю за муравьев в номере, это не один муравей , а дорожка и они там живут. Да, их потравили, но запах дихлофоса остался в номере.
Плюс для ног нужно класть полотенце, а не коврик многоразовый для всех гостей.
