The customer service from staff all over the property was amazing! They were all very helpful!
idk
The cost and location were perfect for what we needed. The only negative was the lack of follow through with reception that we needed some kitchen utensils replaced that were broken, which did not happen as well as two of the in room hot tub jets were broken.

find time to get to the strip hi time to eat also find time to go to the buffets. Also find time to go to 88 boil, it’s a seafood.
We always stay in the same tower and we really enjoy that its quiet and in the middle of the facility.
When we checked into our room there was glass on the floor. I called and advised the front desk what we had found glass and that there was no dust pan to pick it up. They did not seem to care at all and said that housekeeping would take us a dust pan. After hours of waiting for housekeeping to arrive, I went to open the door to walk up to the front desk and saw a dust pan outside of the door. They did not bother to knock or even come in and try to ask if we needed some sort of help. I was very disappointed since we have stayed here numerous times and they are always helpful.
It was me, my husband and 2 kids we booked a stay in June 2026. The room was awful, the pools aren’t heated nor is the pool area cleaned. Our dishwasher made our room smell our big tub didn’t work so we were unable to use it. The hallway smelled like a deli. The grill area resembled a grill at your local park with no umbrella. We had to wait in 2 different lines to get checked in, and of course people were smoking weed. Not ideal for my daughters 8th birthday.
all good had stayed in this block 8 years ago
Pros: location was close to the car rental place and 15 minutes from the Strip. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Cons; hairdryer never worked, couldn't get anyone to answer at the front desk. Room key stopped working. Had to walk to the security booth at 1 am to get help because no one would answer the phone. I think our phone numbers were sold to a 3rd party because as soon as we logged into Grandviews wifi, all 3 of our phones started getting spam calls like crazy, about timeshares. This wasn't an issue before we came there. The room next to us had a sign taped to the door stating the following; "this room is occupied, do not disturb, do not clean, if you have a problem, call management." To me, it sounded very aggressive and made me wonder what kind of person was staying in the room. What kind of operation does Grandview have going here? In addition to this, whomever was staying in that room kept shoving the pizza delivery menus they got under our door. On the morning we were getting ready to check out, the cleaning lady was knocking at our door at 9:30 wanting us to leave so she could come in and clean. I called through the door that it was only 9:30 and was met with no response. She continued to just stand outside the door without saying anything. I had to remind her that we had till 10 and we were trying to finish up packing. We were there for a week!
I think next year we'll probably stay somewhere else.
