Location proximity to the beach and restaurants
Pool area not very clean and didn’t like easy access to the beach. Hotel room floor was dirty when we arrived
Beautiful building.interior design was magnificent.
It was not mentioned until after I made reservations that there were no in room JACUZZIS any more.
Micro waves in rooms are aplus.

The hotel itself was decent. Staff were very friendly, engaging and efficient.
-OMG! The pillows are horrible. I suffered a stiff neck.that lasted my whole stay. What are they filled with? Size was great but the comfort is not there.
-The mattress is too hard. It leaves no room to offer comfort. It's like sleeping on a hard surface.
-Long black straight hairs!! In the shower and on the floor. And eventually under my feet...gross.
-The outside view from inside was ruined by a very smutty window. Needs to always be clean.
-Balcony furniture was unclean.
-NO microwave! Really? As a tourist I often have leftover or take-out foods that require reheating. Having guests go down to the lobby to use a microwave, followed by the wait at the elevator and the walk to the room the food is now less hot.
-The Parking! How do you justify charging a daily fee for parking in an area that's open to the public, guests of the hotel, and is not monitored.
-Stronger shower pressure would be great and needed after walking tours and sleeping on a hard mattress.
-Our wood portion of the floor in our room felt gritty, so shoes or socks had to be worn.
-The menu is bland and unappetizing
-The steamer is okay but it limits movement.
Lived that it had been recently renovated and was new and clean.
The elevator broke while we were there and we had to take the stairs a few times but they fixed it fairly quickly.
Anything away and outside of the poorly managed hotel
The hotel and the fake amenities they advertised they have!! Expensive parking fees!!! Broken jets jacuzzi tub ... Expensive food. Room smelling like smoke and new paint

No hot water. No issues resolved despite talking to the manager. Will never use this hotel ever again.

The AC/Furnace is too loud.. we had to turn it off in order to be able to sleep.

Room was in pretty poor shape and the shower floor was borderline unacceptable.
Went for a late night dip in the outdoor hot tub and immediately regretted getting in the cloudy water.
