The hotel was extremely dirty and the photos looked nothing like the room. The carpets were sticky and stained, the curtains were filthy and sticky held together with hair clips, the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained with stains and things falling apart. Our coffee pot was broken and I couldn’t get a hold of them for another one the whole visit. It is absolutely worth spending a little more money for a better place. This was only slightly cheaper than other hotels and I couldn’t believe the state the room was in. Additionally, the window opened all of the way with no screen, on the 6th floor so keep in mind if you’re staying with children.

Siamo arrivati e non esisteva una reception, ci è stato detto che dovevamo aspettare l’arrivo di un responsabile che era stato chiamato ore prima. Avevamo richiesto mesi fa una camera con due letti e ci siamo ritrovati un solo letto ad una piazza e mezzo. La camera era minuscola e sembrava più uno sgabuzzino, era pieno di cose, il frigorifero pieno di scatole di scorte per il caffè, il balconcino inagibile e pieno di cose accatastate. La notte abbiamo anche trovato uno scarafaggio nel bagno.

We called to ask about early check in but wasn’t convinced we were understood. The place is a bit dated but it served our needs perfectly.

Property is very dated. Room was small. Staff was nice but nothing to write home about. Heavy construction during our visit.

The room was tiny with a pillar in the room. And the TV didn't work. They removed it but never replaced it. I would not recommend this to anyone

The room is need of substantial maintenance. The airconditioner is too loud to have on during night. Through the night we restated the airconditioner for 5 minutes to obtain airflow.
The fridge has no adjustment and freezes everything so we turned off at night...this also helped with noise reduction.
The blinds are broken so to shield the bright lighting outside we used towels to drape over windows.
There is a large pillar in the room that takes up quite a bit of the floor space.
Building construction next to Waikiki Grand produces much noise from 4:00 am through to late afternoon...not something in the control of Waikiki Grand, but perhaps something that should be signalled to Booking .com customers.
We learnt that the rooms are independently owned so our experience may not reflect on other rooms offered on Booking.com

Todo estaba mal, desde el estacionamiento y que solo daban un café hasta el precio y las habitaciones pésimas

The balcony is in the full sun all afternoon, so it gets very hot to sit out there. The kitchen is fine but only one juice glass, one 12 oz. glass and the pots are so thin that they bow out when hot and barely touch the burner. The room looks nothing like the picture on the site, in fact it's very dingy looking from the paint color chosen for the ceiling and walls. I would have expected something that says "Hawaii", but this says old motel. The only seat is a twin size fold out bed but it's under the wall-mounted TV so not very user friendly. The bus system is extremely confusing and we hated it. There is some road noise but enough to keep you awake.

Few roaches, ac leaked on the floor, blinds are in need of repair

Nem olyan szobát kaptunk, amilyet kértünk (kilátás az óceánra + erkély), de néhány nap után átköltözhettünk egy számunkra megfelelő szobába. Így ez negatív, de pozitív is, mert rugalmasak voltak, bár négy napot kellett eltöltenünk egy "bútorraktárban" erkély nélkül...
