Needs an urgent update
Pros:

Location. There was an iron and ironing board in the room. 😅

Cons:

Very dated and dirty. The bed was broken. Carpets are extremely dirty.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in

The location

Cons:

Everything. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was old and dirty. There were splashes of something unknown on the doors. Nothing was dusted. The carpet was thin and smelt, the painwork on doors and balcony was chipped and stripped off. The paint on the walls wasnt thick enough and you could see the mould through it. Lighting was terrible. And on the tv the last person had been watching porn. Id hate to say what was on the sheets.

It was depressing, smelly and unsanitary.

It is the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in, the bed is the worst night sleep ive ever had. I would be better off in my car. The bathrooms are disgusting. The staff are extremly unhelpful and the rooms sell like cigarette smoke

The location, its close to local shops, bed was clean. The lady at reception and chef were nice.

Cons:

The hotel is bad run down. Completely different from the pictures. Spider webs everywhere. The door knob was broken. Guests leaving rubbish in the corridors. Base of the bed was worn out. DO NOT GO FOR THE BREAKFAST INCLUDED OPTION. IT'S A SCAM!!!! We asked for our breakfast the next morning and was told it was not included. I left the hotel with my kids hungry. After I paid for breakfast included they said if we wanted breakfast we had to pay again. The balcony is very unsafe. Algae everywhere and very slippery.

Disgusting and unhelpful

Door to the outside locked by a slide across bolt about an inch long didnt feel safe or secure.. no internet although its advertised as superfast internet therefor no tv... no kettle but tea and coffee.... mould in bathroom... screws sticking out the wall underneath the tv.. hole in bathroom door rubbish all out the front. And staff was not helpful when asked for a different room so had to drive 160 miles back home and didnt n couldnt sleep in the room the night we paid our hard earned money for.

Terrible a complete disaster.

The hotel is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in , it’s worn ,dirty , unpleasant reminds me of a motel in the states back in the 70s , the TV did not work ,was told WiFi was not working so the tv did not , this should of been stated on the website .
I had booked a night at the hotel , went out into Reigate to meet friends came back and checked out around 11 that night , when I was leaving other guests were complaining about sinks hanging off the wall ,it’s just a very poor hotel to stay in , would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

To be honest this hotel used to be good but no more I would never consider to stay another night
