Disgustingly dirty. Punic hairs in bed, cigarette butts all over balcony, chair broken, air conditioning in all bedrooms not working (and hasn’t been for years according to hitel reviews), balcony door handle missing and therefore couldn’t lock door, badly stained carpet, bedside light not working, only one towel provided, no spare pillows available, kettle dusty, balcony wooden handrails rotten.

The hotel responds to every bad review left, for at least the last 2 years (didn’t go back any further) saying they take it seriously and are trying to improve. I can safely say they have improved nothing. Small uncomfortable bed, dirty, outdated, ac not working, shower not working, cold water tap coming out hot, overgrown outside, fag ends everywhere. The list goes on and on, I didn’t expect much for the price but this was a joke. Poor on all levels except location, straight on to m25

Premier in Epsom.wanted 160 for i night . Here 54 . Large room good bathroom clean bed but have to eat out ir order delivery. Really good value. Room as good as premier but no ac so just leave balcony door open to keep cool.

The location off the road and looks nice from the outside
Unfortunately the weather didn’t help got to our room was at the back of the hotel and the air conditioning didn’t work at all the room had no air was way too hot, didn’t sleep well. the shower was dirty and the shower rail came out the wall not enough towels the water did heat up so shower wasn’t too bad no sockets near bed for charging
There wasnt much to like about the property
The car park spaces were very small and hard to fit a vehicle.
The bed was uncomfy and lumpy
The wifi was slow
There are no breakfast facilities or any food services.

Decor poor shower very low in pressure no restaurant or bar open registered parking and then got contacted to pay parking after catches on door like a poor hatch aircon very poor it was cheep
Balcony, size of room, very clean, room wtth minimum stairs, help from staff with heavy suitcase and room code.
Cafe with simply menu would be nice.
The girl at the desk was friendly.
The building is in severe need of a refurbishment and the room was not clean. Only the bed was clean, the rest of the place was musty, and old.

I stayed here last night and unfortunately had several issues with the room:
1. The air conditioning was not working properly and was making a loud, unusual noise.
2. There was no cold water available from the shower.
3. The only way to make the room comfortable enough to sleep was to leave the balcony doors open. However, this creates a security concern, as the neighbouring balcony provides easy access to the room.
4. The toilet was not cleaned to an acceptable standard.
5. The traffic noise from outside was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep.
6. The queen-size bed was uncomfortable, with uneven sides that made it feel unstable.
7. Door’s password didn’t work, had to call help-desk every time
Overall, these issues significantly affected the comfort and quality of my stay.
The guy on reception was lovely and very helpful
The room was filthy, cigarette buds on the balcony, no working AC as advertised which was not ideal during a heatwave, weird brown stains on the shower curtain, blood stains on the towels, hairs on the bath, bedding was stained
