Nothing I didn't stay the room was too small and very hot .infact I slept in my car i will be looking for a full refund .
The dingy room far too hot after a days work .couldn't get an upgrade . One small window that didn't open i could not stay there please get back to me for a full refund thank you . I would not recommend

Nothing .I asked for a balcony room ..the room is was offered was like a cell very hot couldn't stay here after working in this hot weather all day.
I think the only thing we actually liked about the room was having a balcony, also the air conditioning was working which was a big plus because we stayed during the heatwave
Where do I start...
I messaged the property to ask about accessing food and drink and was told there were facilities, when we arrived on Saturday evening, we needed to get ice and was told that the bar is not open and would not be open for the duration of our 2 night stay.
The balcony had a big step to get outside, not clearly marked anywhere so was a bit of a trip hazard
The shower head broke and we had to ask for a new one.
Both myself and my partner woke up in so much pain from the lumps/springs in the bed, never have we both ached so much after a nights sleep, the bed was in such a poor condition and for myself who suffers from sciatica and chronic back pain already, this was made so much worse.
We also spoke to two other couples who had recently checked in, one couple with a baby and small child had to be moved rooms due to mould, the other couple who stayed in the room adjacent to mine (exactly the same size room) who also had a child with them told us that their child had fallen down the step to get out to the patio and hurt themselves, also the balcony rail was wobbly and unsafe and there was bits of metal sticking out of their wardrobe.
After speaking more to the couple next to me, I also found out that I had been significantly overcharged for my room for the 2 nights we stayed. I paid £168 for two nights, whereas the couple next door paid £99 for the same which I think is still overpriced for these rooms.
You will see from my photos just how unhappy I am with this booking and feel that I should be compensated for some of my stay. The room we got was nothing like the room that was shown in the pictures on their hotel website or on Booking.com, totally misleading their guests.
This hotel really did not meet expectations, will not be staying again!!
The biscuits that were complimentary and that is it.
It took staff over 30 minutes to give me access to my room. The corridors smelt of cigarette smoke, mattress' were broken, noise outside the room, staff were rude at points.
I will never staff here again, and have advised everyone else to give this place a wide birth.

Location for a family wedding was very good
Old decor, smelt horrid, uncomfortable bed,carpets filthy shower leaks cold water tap on bath not working plug in sink did not fit mattress very uncomfortable all you can feel is the springs reading light switch not working main light flashing as you walk in air con not working fire door left open all night. This was appalling used this hotel for over 40 years now looks and is an absolute shambles.

To begin with, the address provided in your check-in message differed from the address listed on Booking.com. As I was travelling alone with two children and relying on satellite navigation, this caused significant stress and inconvenience as it directed us to the wrong location.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I was extremely concerned by the overall condition of the property. The corridors and communal areas had a strong unpleasant smell, carpets were dirty, and many window blinds throughout the building were broken. The hotel appeared very run down and poorly maintained.
When we entered the room, the balcony door had been left open behind a closed curtain. The balcony itself was dirty and contained broken children’s toys and cigarette ends. The balcony door was also extremely difficult to close properly, which caused me considerable unease regarding safety and security, particularly as I was alone with my children.
There were numerous additional issues within the room, including:
•The wardrobe contained no usable hangers, only broken ones thrown on top.
•The bathroom window had no handles and appeared to not be able to be opened, however, was wide open when we woke up which made us feel incredibly unsafe.
•The shower head was loose and had no holder or stand.
•The shower temperature could not be adjusted correctly, and the control handle repeatedly fell off when attempting to use it.
•The bath was damaged and contained visible black mould.
•There was no hand soap provided by the sink, only an old soap dispenser filled with water.
•The toilet seat was dented and stained.
•The bathroom floor tiles were dangerously sharp, resulting in my son cutting and splitting his toe.
•The bathroom light fitting was filthy and full of dust and dead insects.
•The bathroom radiator was dangerously hot with no warning sign displayed, resulting in my daughter burning her hand.
Morning I had my room changed three times they all were disgusting
Everything was out of date broken locks and walls. The beds all had mould and the showers were all filthy
