Alp Pasa Hotel - Special Class

On était dans la partie annexe de l’hôtel dans une chambre donnant sur la rue, la première nuit nous avons eu pas mal de bruit. Pas d’accès au wifi

The isolation is terrible. You can literally hear everything from the other rooms including the next door and upstairs. Even the water going through the pipes and people making phone calls. It was really bad. The room was on the ground floor and people passing on the streets were loud sometimes during late hours. It’s a very busy area so be ready to be disturbed most of the time during the night.

The wi-fi doesn’t work well at all. Even if you are “connected” it doesn’t work and when it works, it constantly disconnects. We had to buy extra eSIM data during our stay as theirs wasn’t reliable.

Ich habe diesmal ein "gehobenes" Zimmer gebucht. Es war das schlechteste Zimmer überhaupt was ich in diesem Hotel bekommen habe (ich war bestimmt schon 10x in diesem Hotel). Das schlimmste überhaupt war, das ich mich mehrmals beschwert habe und es wurde mir versucht zu helfen, aber leider ohne Erfolg. Die Dusche war so undicht, dass das Wasser komplett in unser Zimmer geflossen ist, so das überall Wasser war. Ich habe ein Zimmer bekommen, das direkt neben dem Haupeingang war, so das ich in der Nacht glaube ich maximal 2 Stunden geschlafen habe, weil ich jeden Gast gehört habe, der durch die Haupttür ist. Da Ich mich mehrmals beschwert habe bei der Rezeptionistin Diana wurde ich so unfreundlich behandelt von ihr, das ich mich beim Manager beschwert habe. Danach hat Sie sich am Abend bei mir beschwert wieso ich mich beschwert habe. Ich habe ihr klar gemacht das ich im Urlaub bin und mich nicht in Diskussionen mit ihr einlasse, ich musste ihr das mehrmals sagen. Danach hat sie mich nur noch ignoriert, egal was ich als Gast wollte. Ich werde nicht mehr kommen, dank Diana....

We were tucked away in an attic room, so there was no view. The shower is also faulty, and water sprayed all over the bathroom. The wifi was also not usable...

Hôtel très jolie par contre la chambre une catastrophe. Aucun équipement, même pas de cintres, ni de chaussons, l’abattant des wc cassé, aucune insonorisation, avec la musique dehors obligé de porter des bouchons pour dormir, le mini frigo soit disant mini bar, rien dedans et en plus il fesait beaucoup de bruit. Nous devions y rester 4 nuits, j’avais annulé parce qu’il n’y avait pas de plateau bouilloire, j’ai bien fait.

The room had a musty smell. I completely understand that the hotel is very old — over 400 years — but the dampness is noticeable inside the room. Also, on the last night there were leaks from the room above dripping into our bathroom. Other than that, everything was fine.

WiFi doesn't work in bedroom. Not much cooking facilities.

In check-in we got frustrated as the young male receptionist didn't want to give us the upgraded room as booked on booking.com, they said the hotel is full while there was avaliablity they lied to us, after 15 minutes argument when i said i would cancel my booking then they call the manager & give us the right room
Always there is bad smell in the rooms like wood or paint smell. They don't have iron boards which is necessary. The breakfast was very bad, i had to buy from a bakery near by.
