Pros:

O apartamento dispunha de um quarto de casal individual, uma casa de banho e uma cozinha onde fica o sofá-cama para uma terceira pessoa. O espaço do sofá-cama é adequado para um adulto (algo que tememos até ao momento da chegada).

Very good - could be excellent with a few extras
Pros:

Very good location close to bus routes to get into the centre
Food was excellent- buffet breakfast and dinner with a variety of meals available to suit all tastes

Cons:

Staff on reception could do with more staff training so you don’t feel you’re asking a stupid question !

Overall: Feels overpriced
Pros:

Close to promenade and Formosa beach. Spacious room. A small, decent kitchen in the room was positive.

Cons:

Feels outdated and needs renovation. Employees (at check-in) seemed tired and reluctant to communicate. An establishment that allows itself to be called a hotel could do better.

Boa localização, com restaurantes, supermercados... tudo perto.
Bom pequeno almoço, diversificado e com reposição rápida.

Cons:

O alojamento precisa de remodelação:
Zona de duche mal vedada a água molha todo o chão, chuveiro não se consegue regular.
Almofadas muito desconfortaveis e colchões a precisarem de ser trocados.
Pouco apoio ao cliente, por ex. não nos foi informado de que o estacionamento era pago, só o fizeram a mais de meio da estadia.

Comfortable spacious hotel
Pros:

The room was very spacious with two nice balconies facing the back garden. Hanging space for clothing was also ample. With a bus stop in front of the hotel it was easy to get in and out of the centre of Funchal. The receptionist was very friendly and the breakfast first rate at an extremely reasonable price.

Cons:

There were bathroom maintenance issues that needed attention.

Pros:

Overall good value for money. Located in calm area. Breakfast choice was good (except coffee, which was powder (?))

The hotel is clean, relaxing and a great location, at street level no hills, 2 minute walk for the yellow bus, best way to get around, team were friendly, food was good
