Aniversário feliz!
Pros:

Pequeno almoço e jantares muito bons. Proximidade de todos os serviços, zona muito bonita! O quarto tinha uma excelente área e fizeram nós um upgrade, não estávamos à espera e ficamos muito felizes. Canas muito confortáveis e boas vistas para o mar.

Cons:

Nada de mais. Apenas uma pequena manutenção

Wir waren zu frieden hatten eine tolle Zeit.
Pros:

Das Hotel lag zentral zu Funchal . Man hatte alle Bus verbindungen fast vor der tür. 3 min. Zu fuss. Supermarkte waren auch überall vertreten.
Wenn man zu fuss nach Funchal möchte ca. 40 min . Ist alles machbar und man sieht was von der umgebung.

Cons:

Das personal war immer sehr bemüht freundlich zu sein .
Hat nicht immer geklappt .
Beim Essen hat uns gestört das man verpflichtet war Getränke zu bezahlen trotz halbpension. Alkoholische getränke war uns klar .

L’emplacement , l’équipement et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas été enregistré à l’hôtel alors que nous avions reçu une confirmation par Booking .
Arrivées à 23h30 , nous n’avons pu obtenir notre chambre que vers minuit 45 .
Le réceptionniste a fait ce qu’il pouvait mais nous n’étions pas enregistrées où il y avait eu une erreur sur nos noms .
Ma collègue et moi étions là pour travailler .. c’était assez désagréable .

Super Lage, gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders im Restaurant. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Not worth the money

The location.

Cons:

The apartment did not look like the images, very dated. Paid for a room with a balcony which we did not get. The apartment smelt musty, furniture was dirty and smelt. Ants covered the bathroom. Front desk were unable to help resolve any issues. Would not stay again. There are plenty of better alternative 3 star hotels.

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le sud de l'île ( d'ouest en Est). La zone du Lido avec restaurant bars boutiques.. génial.
L'hôtel pour un 3 étoiles est excellent, du personnel du restaurant en passant par la propreté.

Cons:

Le fait que le SPA soit à 7 min de marche dans un autre hôtel.( Mais gratuit si vous réservez) Et la piscine non chauffée, l'eau était à 17

Pros:

This was our first stay in Madeira.
We were very happy with our stay at your hotel. We had a 5th floor room. We are glad we did as we had a sea view. We would recommend requesting this floor or above if you want a sea view.
The hotel was clean. Our room was light and airy. We did not expect anything “fancy” . Our room was cleaned daily. Our towels were lovely and soft. The fridge was full sized. There was washing up liquid, a brush and tea towel provided.
We were half board. We were more than happy with our meals. I like fish, there was always a good choice of both fish and meat dishes.The staff were polite and friendly. Always smiling.
Roger the manager is very professional. The senior restaurant staff in particular were excellent.We didn’t want somewhere with loud music all night. The hotel is just the right size for us. When you go for a meal there are like minded people to have a conversation with.
The hotel is a 40 minute flat walk to the bus station and cable car in Funchal.You can get the bus 001 and 002 there for 2.5 euros. The hotel has lots of information on getting around.
We did a free walking tour of the historical part of the Island,on our first full day( you pay what you think it is worth at the end of the tour). We also did a tour of the East and one of the West of the Island.
We took the bus from the bus station to Monte Palace Gardens which were excellent.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Staff amazing, food gorgeous and rooms clean and tidy. The only thing that let our holiday down was the rain. We will be back
