Pros:

A cama era confortável, o quarto estava limpo e era bastante grande.
Os funcionários são todos de uma simpatia extrema.
Pequeno almoço variado (apenas os ovos não são bons) e jantar sempre diferente e com opções.
A piscina estava sempre limpa e com bastante espaço para os hóspedes poderem relaxar, bem como diferentes áreas de estar.

Cons:

O quarto não ar condicionado, apenas ventoinha de teto que estava avariada.
O chão do quarto é em azulejo e este estava solto e a partir-se, pelo que se torna perigoso.
Também não isolamento nenhum, ouve-se tudo, principalmente as pessoas que passam no corredor, que para quem fica junto dos elevadores é péssimo. Tal como o serviço de limpeza, que começa bem cedo e faz barulho incomodativo.
O alojamento tem estacionamento, mas é noutro local, o que se torna chato pois tem de se andar um bom bocado até ao carro. E ainda, fica a mais de meia hora a pé da parte turística do Funchal, o que acarreta custos porque todo o estacionamento lá é pago.
Para todos estes contras e mais alguns, acho que não se justifica o valor elevado. Acho que deveriam considerar melhorar os quartos para poderem trazer mais conforto aos hóspedes.

Я замовляла декілька номерів для групи. Всюди було чисто і затишно. Сніданки смачні та різноманітні - кожен зміг підібрати для себе ту страву, яку любить. Персонал був привітний. В один день ми їхали зустрічати сонце, тож не попадали на сніданок. Нам приготували дуже хороші ланч-бокси. Також басейн - чиста і тепла вода. По середах у готелі є якісь виступи артистів.

Pros:

Super fin beliggenhed ved Lidoen. Tæt på masser af spisesteder og tæt på strandpromenaden. Super fin service på hotellet. De dage vi tog tidligt af sted for at vandre, så gav de os morgenmads pakker med, som vi kunne hente i restauranten aftenen før. Dejlig pool og meget rummelige og gode værelser med god plads. Skøn morgenmad med godt udvalg.

Cons:

Der manglede hynder på solsengene. Lidt for mange duer på terassen om morgenen når vi skulle spise morgenmad

Foi boa, mas o ar condicionado fez falta.
Pros:

Da localização, da simpatia dos empregados, da piscina e dos jantares que tivemos no hotel.

Cons:

A falta de ar condicionado. o quarto ficava no 12º andar, e com as temperaturas que estavam, foi difícil estar dentro do quarto apenas com as ventoinhas de teto.
