L'emplacement, l'accueil, le service, la chambre spacieuse, la terrasse avec vue dégagée
Les fruits frais au petit dejeuner

Cons:

Le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas tres bien et qui est parfois froid,

Hôtel proche centre ville et aéroport sans avoir les nuisances.
Chambre spacieuse, propre.
Petit déjeuner buffet très complet.
Personnel serviable.
Merci pour l'attention à notre arrivée avec les douceurs et celle inattendue le jour d'anniversaire d'un membre de la famille.

Cons:

L'accueil à la réception n'est pas chaleureux. Dommage qu'aucun membre du personnel ne parle français

Top hotel, wij hadden de mooiste kamer op de 5e etage met uitzicht over Ponta Delgada en de oceaan.
Pros:

Personeel erg attent en aardig, ontbijt en diner zeer uitgebreid, binnen en buitenzwembad met jacuzzi, alles werd keurig schoongehouden en was aangenaam om te zijn.

Cons:

er is qua verbeterpunten voor ons werkelijk niets op te noemen, het was uitzonderlijk goed.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

This beautiful, newly-decorated design hotel is located in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The room was very comfortable and charming with a comfortable bed and pillows. The shower is amazing. There is a good breakfast buffet. There is also a lovely swimming pool.

Nothing.

Large hotel in the centre of Ponta Delgada with a quirky/fun style aesthetic.
Pros:

Stayed for a very short, 1 night visit. Room was fitted to a modern standard and appeared to be recently renovated. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Location was very convenient for dinner and drinks in the evening. Very convenient from the airport too.

Cons:

In our room, the shower thermostat wasn't working so it was either scalding or cold. The toilet was also dripping throughout our stay, but wasn't worth complaining about at the time.

Hôtel idéal pour profiter des vacances en famille
Pros:

L’ambiance, le sérieux

Cons:

-Il n’y avait pas de bancs à la piscine intérieure pour déposer nos affaires. On déposait nos serviettes à même le sol. Pas très hygiénique.
-Il manquait les étiquettes avec le nom des aliments et jus au petit déjeuner dans le restaurant. Pas idéal pour ceux qui ont des allergies.

Pros:

O quarto era excelente, e super limpo. O hotel apesar de ter bastantes hóspedes era super sossegado e tranquilo. A localização central em Ponta Delgada possibilita passeios a pé ou uma rápida saída de carro para fora da cidade
