Die Insel hat angenehmere Plätze.

Die Insel ist wundervoll.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wäre noch ok gewesen, wenn nicht einfache Dinge ständig vergriffen gewesen wären und nur nach Aufforderung evtl. ergänzt wurden ( heißes Wasser für Tee, Honig, Obst)
Die Bedienung in der Bar war nach 22.00 Uhr sehr lustlos........dann besser schließen.

Pros:

Great location within walking distance of Ponta Delgada's main attractions. The hotel was super clean and comfortable, with plenty of breakfast options. The indoor and outdoor pools were a nice bonus. We'd definitely come back.

Deixa muito a desejar. 4 estrelas?
Pros:

O quarto muito arrumado e bom aspeto

Cons:

Piscina interior sem espreguiçadeira, pedimos para colocar pelo menos uma cadeira para pousar as toalhas e nem isso deixaram. Piscina com obrigação de toucas mas ninguém usava, o chao sempre molhado e disseram que iam limpar e ninguém apareceu .
Pequeno almoço sempre igual e empregados nada higiénicos e usavam a loiça que os hóspedes não usavam para fazer mesas novas, sem saber se alguém tinha usado ou não.
Todo o edifício a necessitar de manutenção. O autoclismo do nosso quarto estava constantemente a verter agua. As escadas de acesso aos pisos estavam degradadas, paredes lascadas, sinais de infiltração e humidade.
Quando fizemos o check-out questionaram se a estadia tinha sido agradável, ao que respondemos que nem por isso e simplesmente não quiseram saber o que estava mal.
Para um hotel de 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar.

Beautiful aesthetic hotel, would stay again if in the area

Lovely decor and location very good for the airport and centre

Cons:

Less toiletries options to other hotels and loud barking dogs (possibly a kennels nearby)

Pros:

A remodelação ficou muito bonita sem mexerem no bem estar que já era característico deste hotel.

Cons:

A falta de iogurtes magros e de comida regional no pequeno almoço, com excecao do bolo levedo, nao havia mais nada.

Mas havia bastante fartura e diversidade.

Os hotéis bensaude, sao sinónimo de qualidade e bem estar.
