Amazing stay
Pros:

The hotel was recently renovated and it looks amazing. Initially we were worried it could be AI generated pictures, but the room excedeed our expectations. The staff is very lovely and accomodating to any requests.

Cons:

They had major problems with the elavators while we were there ( we were waiting for minutes on end). The breakfast buffet (despite having many chooices) feels very chaotic due to lack of staff.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities and lovely people who work there.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, central to PontaDelgada, 5-10 min walk in. Great staff, helpful and friendly. Beautiful rooms, bathrooms and facilities, would definitely stay again.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Man merkt, dass das Hotel erst renoviert wurde. Es ist sauber und alles in einem guten Zustand. Unser Zimmer war schön gross, das Bett bequem. Das Gym hat eine genügende Ausstattung und war sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Beim Indoorpool hat es zu wenig Liegen. Das W-lan ist etwas instabil, bzw. fliegt man immer wieder raus.

Unterkunft liegt gut
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist tip-top.

Cons:

Das Check-in ging fast 1 Std. - Grund war, ich hatte ein Zimmer 2 x reserviert, davon 1 Reservation annulliert. Das war im System nicht hinterlegt. Die Klärung wollte man mir übertragen :-(
Das 1. Zimmer hatte 2 Einzelbetten, obwohl in meinem Profil ein Doppelbett hinterlegt war. - Uns wurde nach dem wir angefragt hatten, dann ein neues Zimmer mit Doppelbett zugeteilt.... das hat aber auch wieder seine Zeit beansprucht. Die Zeit hätten wir lieber am Pool verbracht.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig... jedoch für ein 4 Stern Hotel hätten wir uns etwas mehr gewünscht.

Pros:

Breakfast and both swimming pools - the outside one was really good for everyday swimming.

Cons:

The lifts are little bit too slow for such a nice hotel.
