Pros:

Good location and parking was good,Excellent breakfast good range of products to choose from.Staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble, small issue was dealt with straight away.Beds were really comfortable.Will definately book again when we are back in Liverpool.

Pros:

Great location and free parking, reception staff friendly.

Cons:

Room far too hot, did not sleep, was offered fan but was just blowing hot air around room. Bathroom far too small, not enough plug sockets.

Staff was as friendly as you could expect in Liverpool - people here always are.

Cons:

The bathroom was quite small and flushing the toilet was a bit of a struggle.

Be advised that there is no lift, but ground floor rooms are available.

Aufgrund der Lage würde ich es wieder buchen, wenn man auf den Komfort etwas verzichten kann.
Pros:

Direkt an den Docks und die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten sind nur ca 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Kostenloser Parkplatz war inbegriffen. Top.
Personal war freundlich. Es gab ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Möglichkeiten für Lunch und Dinner waren vorhanden. Das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Vor allem die Dusche. Die Lüftung war quasi nicht wirklich erkennbar. Da man auch das Fenster nur sehr wenig öffnen konnte, war die Luft im Raum nicht so toll.
Das Reinigungspersonal lege ab 8.30 Uhr los. Und das nicht unbedingt leise. Da es aber Menschen gab, die das Frühstücksangebot bis 10 Uhr ausgenutzt haben, war die Nacht früh vorbei. Schade.

Second visit snd will definately book for our next visit to Liverpool
Pros:

Central for water front and town , free parking on site.
Walk to the arena , museums and Beatles story is a slow saunter but on the flat about 15 mins!

Breakfast is eat as much as you like with excellent selection , reasonably priced too . Also a lunch and evening menu !
Bar is open until late and bar prices are reasonable.

Staff very pleasant and room clean and comfortable

Nice place to stay..
Pros:

This hotel is very good. First time staying there. The only downside is there is not much storage space..if you are someone who doesn't travel light take multi hangers with you. And a couple of over door hangers. Also the toilet is a module for a caravan..so it's quite small.if you are a larger person you might struggle. Don't know if they do a room for disabled people or with a larger bathroom.. But we would definitely stay there again

Wonderful hotel and staff. Had a fabulous time.
Pros:

Location was really good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was the free parking that made me choose the hotel initially, but couldn’t be happier with what we had.
