I loved the location with excellent helpful staff. Free parking and a charge point for my EV was a great selling point.
Liked it all.
2 suggestions would be to extend the evening meal options...and to have a continental breakfast option.

Easy check in and we could leave the car in the morning to explore the city before getting the keys to our room later..

Gute Ausgangslage zur City mit kostenlosen Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir kostenlos in einem abgeschlossenen Container beim Hotel unterstellen.

Location was great and free parking handy as was able to leave there and go for a walk around Liverpool. Plus meet up with cousins. Had everything you need - I had to go up stairs with my luggage - as stayed over a night. It was a cold wet weather so I am sure it is much more pleasurable warmer climate.
I missed the turnoff under the tunnel from the other side as sat nav lost its signal so I ended up going into towards the city centre and had to do all the one-way system which was annoying if unfamiliar with the area. Minor issue really. I would return though as handy spot. I don't think the price reflected but it was the time to book it that I needed then.
