Pros:

5-звезден хотел, който си отговаря на категорията. Обслужването е великолепно, качеството, което предлага и поддържа през годините хотела, е непроменено и на високо ниво! Храната е изключително вкусна, в събота имаше и BBQ парти със супер добре приготвени неща и страхотна атмосфера. СПА центърът не е голям, но има всичко необходимо, впечатли ни снежната стая, която охлажда чудесно след сауните и парната баня. Просторни и чисти стаи, супер комфортни и в тях е помислено за всичко! Гледката от хотела към Пирин е любимата ми в Банско! Прекрасен хотел, каквото и да се каже ще бъде малко!
