כל המתקנים הציבוריים בריכה, ספא, חדר כושר היו נפלאים ומתוחזקים. ארוחת בוקר מעולה, צוות שירותי ועוזר בשמח. תודה מיוחדת לשרה שנתנה לנו מידע על טיולים ואטרקציות מומלצות.

חדר היה מיושן , לא מתוחזק מספיק, נקיון לא בוצע כל יום, היינו צריכים לבקש כדי שיבואו להחליף מגבות.

Pros:

The rooms are large and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, the pools and the spa center is exceptional!!! The staff is very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The minibar is very retro. We needed space in the minibar for our kids medicine and had to take everything out.
