Pros:

The front desk receptionist, Aleś, was able to fulfill my accommodation request and helped ensure that my stay at Clarion was as memorable as my previous stay- it helped elevate my stay from a 7 to a 10 instantly. Great location, beautiful terrace, very spacious room.

Cons:

They need to get rid of the conjoined twin beds and replace it with either one queen bed or a king bed. Such a nice hotel cannot have conjoined twin beds acting as a “queen bed.”

Hotellin henkilökunta oli avuliasta, aamiainen loistava. Sijainti hyvällä paikalla, museoihin lyhyet välimatkat.

Cons:

Sähköinen kommunikointi oli välttävää, lähtöä edeltävänä aamuna laitoin kysymyksen taksin saamisesta. Vastausta ei tullut moneen tuntiin eikä jatkokysymykseenikään. Iltapäivällä kysyin respasta tätä asiaa, henkilö kertoi nähneensä viestin mutta ei ollut viitsinyt vastata. Melko kehno asenne asiakaspalvelussa.

Nice staff and good breakfast
Pros:

Very good breakfast with Bircher Müsli on Sunday (only) and fresh fruits (every day). Also good salads with anchovies. Good Nespresso machine in the room. Nice old building with high ceilings and lots of light.

Naprosto příšerné ubytování s personálem, který ví, že klimatizace nefunguje a neupozorní na to.

nelíbilo se mi vůbec v tomto hotelu, bohužel

Cons:

Na snidani jsme sli pozdeji, tzn. v 9.00 hod., v tuto dobu jiz nebyl bufet skoro doplnovany a pokud jo, tak vzdy jen o 6 platku sunky, syru, salamu....v tomto horkem obdobi jsem hlavne hledala ubytovani s klimatizaci, za tuto jsem taky zaplatila cenu za pokoj, nicmene v pokoji nebezela...coz povazuji za nesplneni podminek ubytovani a na 4* hotel skandalni. Uz bych se zde neubytovala.
