My stay was wonderful except fire what I just explained.

Breakfast was wonderful. Great variety of foods, both hot and cold. Room was great.

Cons:

The main reason I picked this property was because it advertised a shuttle service to the airport. When I asked for the time for the shuttle service I was informed that they did not have a shuttle service. The receptionist asked me to show him where that was advertised and I promptly did. He said he would ask the manager. We were informed that they would not provide a shuttle service and I could order a taxi for €40. I did not inquire if that was per person. This was very disappointing.

Výtečně bylo výtečné, velice kladně hodnotím profesionální chování recepčního Vladimíra. Hodně cestujeme, tudíž dokážeme porovnat chování personálu. Hotel má skvělé umístění a kvalita služeb je na vysoké úrovni.
