Sehr gutes und zentrales Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage , fussläufig ins Zentrum . Tram auch gleich um die Ecke . Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend.
Zimmer war groß genug und Betten waren auch bequem .
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen .

Für uns eine geniale Lage - wir empfanden es als ruhig und super Ausgangspunkt zum erkunden.

Der Empfang, die Freundlichkeit, das Zimmer - einfach total toll.

Frühstück klasse.

Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.

Wenn Prag, dann immer wieder dieses Hotel.

Cons:

Es gab leider keinen Kakao beim Frühstück (habe nachgefragt).

Pěkný hotel, který je kousek od Staroměstského náměstí.
Pokoj Superior byl pěkný a prostorný. V pokoji bylo naprosto vše v pořádku. Potěšilo nás na pokoji i přichystané občerstvení s osobním vzkazem. Rovněž se nám líbilo, že veškeré informace jsou kromě angličtiny v češtině, což dle zkušeností není samozřejmost ani v hotelu v ČR.
V hotelu bylo vše na jedničku. V restauraci vše v pořádku, že není vůbec co vytknout. Rovněž sympatický personál na recepci. Líbí se nám i ekologická opatření hotelu.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Prague. The location was perfect — close to the city center and all the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing.

The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.

Overall, the hotel had a very cozy and pleasant atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!

Disponibilitá e cortesia dello staff alla reception sia per il check in anticipato assegnandoci una stanza al mattino presto (disponibile un deposito bagagli) sia per aver organizzato la colazione al sacco dovendo partire presto e il relativo transfer per l’ aereoporto, attenti ad ogni esigenza anche il personale di sala. Abbondante e varia la colazione, Brindisi di benvenuto in stanza.
Pulizia non giornaliera ma su richiesta sì gratuitamente.
Posizione vicino al tram, ai battelli. Sia il centro che il castello raggiungibile a piedi. In zona ristoranti e piccoli market. Da consigliare sicuramente.
