Excellent value for money with very helpful staff.
Pros:

Good location close to 2 large shopping malls. Room was clean and comfortable but a bit noisy but this is because it’s busy location. Staff were excellent and helpful, especially Mary on reception and Joseph. Safe and secure property.

Cons:

The room was a bit small but the bed was big and very comfortable!

Pros:

The breakfast is good and abondant - but the best is the location. It is so near the Sarit center where you have all the shops and services. No transport needed even in the evening. Another asset is the gym and spa.

Best hotel in Nairobi!
Pros:

The staff is fantastic! Josephine communicated with me before I even left the U.S.A., and Moses, David, the security guards, everyone was just wonderful! Moses allowed me to keep my big suitcase there while I was on safari for a week. Josephine at the front desk gave me wonderful tips and helped me get a driver at almost midnight, and he was kind and helpful! It was clean and quiet and I slept for 10 hours my first night. TV worked well and the hotel has its own private gate to get to the fantastic Sarit Center mall across the street! I will go back to the Jacaranda Hotel Nairobi every time I'm in town!

Cons:

Nothing. It was perfect. The vegetable curry is excellent!

Amazing service and confort without the noise and business of the newer hotels
Pros:

Amazing staff and service. Gym and pool are really good, perhaps the machines are not new, but the group classes and the possibility of being supported by a personnel trainer added lots of value.

Cons:

Food is not that good and buffet food tasted over-heated or was not all available. However, I found the same in most of the nearby hotel-restaurants were I paid way higher. A la carte dishes were much better.

Train the staffs more make their more friendly and enthusiastic
Pros:

Location is perfect ! Room just a little old but good and clean . Just the staffs idk some r nice some they have no idea what they doin 🤣I’ve been experienced many hotel in Kenya safari or center but their staffs kinda indifferent and a little cold hope they can be more enthusiastic thx
