Pros:

Das Personal war ok, freundlich aber eher wenig mit wichtigen Fragen hilfreich. Das hotel ist wie ein alten Schloss und sieht gut aus. Das Frühstück war auch gut aber jeden Tag das selbe.

Cons:

Das hotel ist außerhalb der Stadt. Es sind 8 oder 9 km weit von der Stadt aber die Straßen sind sehr kaputt. Es ist zwar nicht ganz alle Strassen, sondern vom Hotel zur Richtung Stadt kurze Stecke aber ganz kaputt. Nicht so glauben. In den Toiletten sind keine Waschbecken. Man muss zum Händewaschen woanders gehen. Also neben einem Raum oder wo man Handy Wäscht und duschen gibt es auch ganz. Nico richtig. Zimmerausstattung war OK aber gibs keinen schrank.

Pros:

L ambiance était très sympa. L hôtel est typique et spacieux. Plusieurs terrasses permettent le repos avec une belle vue sur l oued et la palmeraie. Le personnel est au top. Le petit déjeuner était très bien aussi ainsi que le restaurant. Nous avons regretté d apprendre le dernier jour que l'on pouvait commander la veille de délicieux tajines. Ce sera l occasion d y revenir.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif était le hammam. Belle salle, belle ambiance mais il manquait le principal : la vapeur. J étais déçue.

La chambre était "modeste", mais grande et calme, et un peu sombre.
Le repas du soir était correct, mais manque de diversité. Le petit déjeuner était bien.
Belle vue depuis la terrasse, l'ensemble est sympathique : piscine, patio

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié d être à l écart du centre ville. L endroit est reposant et authentique. Le personnel très attentionné et le restaurant délicieux. Belle piscine!.

Cons:

Le hammam n était pas à la hauteur de l établissement Absence de vapeur, juste une pièce chauffée et une réserve d eau très chaude. C est regrettable.

Todo me ha encantado, desde el gran personal y amabilidad a el encanto que hay dentro de el, espectacular, limpio, bien cuidado, la tranquilidad y la relajación que se siente y la paz nada más entrar por la puerta es otro mundo, la habitacion preciosa, la comida espectacular! Very dispoiting
Pros:

Reception customer service good. The hotel designs looks 👍

Cons:

No Internet/mobile signal inside room. If go out to get signal is too hot. No TV in the room. Only one chair aswell. Shower head no holder, when having shower need to hold it all the time with my hand. The duvet/ quilt no have cover etc... the restaurant manual is limite choice etc

Pros:

Was clean and the service was good, the place itself was stunning. The pool was also very nice.

Cons:

The only issue was the road to the hotel itself was a dirt track getting too and from the village where the hotel itself is and getting out of the village wasn't clear so we ended up going a bit off road the first time.

Le vrai patrimoines Marocain une vrai Kasbah. Elle manque un peu de rafraîchissement car l’établissement et tant jolie 🥰
