The staff, facilities, breakfast service and location make this the perfect Zagreb hotel.
Pros:

The property's location, cleanliness, highly functional rooms, great breakfast and wonderful staff made this my new top favorite in Zagreb. The convenience of free parking with direct hotel access contributed to making this one of the best hotels I've recently stayed at.

Great location for exploring Zagreb
Pros:

Location - short walk from most of the sights and the train station. Great choice for breakfast (see improvement suggestions). Huge room. Helpful reception staff. Very clean.

Cons:

Wifi was not great - 1/2 bars max and also had to log back in each time we came back to the hotel. Great choice for breakfast however hotels need to stop slowing down on the replenishment - if breakfast is until 10 - it should be fully stocked until 10. Shower was not the strongest. Air con def not the best. We only stayed one night otherwise we would have mentioned. Also hotel bar closed at 10? Suggest should be until midnight.

Clean comfortable stay. Walkable from main attractions of Zagreb. Very Good breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with Vegetarian/Vegan options.
This is a "city" hotel. So, rooms (accommodating 2 adults) are a bit on the smaller side (we are spoiled by bigger rooms in the US :))

Pros:

The breakfast and the staff in the breakfast room were wonderful.

Cons:

Our room was very small and a bit difficult to negotiate for 2 people but since we were only there one night we worked it out.

Cons:

Można wyczuć, że pokoje były kiedyś dla palących. Zapachu papierosów nie da się tak łatwo usunąć...
