Appreciation for management working out a complex situation

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for everything you did to make our family's stay at the Hampton Inn such a success.

We were in Albany for a large family gathering at the end of June, and with guests arriving at different times and several last-minute changes to room arrangements, the logistics became more complicated than we had anticipated. Throughout it all, you were exceptionally kind, patient, and accommodating. Your willingness to work through the details and find solutions made all the difference and allowed our family to focus on enjoying this special occasion together.

Beyond your outstanding service, we were also impressed by the hotel itself. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the breakfast each morning was efficient, well organized, and enjoyable. It was evident that the hotel is managed with a culture of hospitality and genuine concern for guests.

Good location. Good value.
Pros:

Very close to our family’s home. Price was the most reasonable in the area.

Cons:

Breakfast needs a few more gluten-free vegan choices. Oatmeal is fine but it tends to be the only gluten-free vegan offering at every hotel providing breakfast.

Our basketball team had an outstanding experience at your hotel over Memorial Day weekend, thanks in large part to the exceptional service of breakfast Chef Cabby, who demonstrated remarkable professionalism, kindness, and a genuine interest in ensuring we felt welcome, even going above and beyond after hours to accommodate our needs. It was worth it because it was close to the airport, if it wasn't I probably would not stay there.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent. The coffee was good. I loved a good swim in the morning, most of the employees were great. One did have a problem with my Mom because her bathroom was wet. See problem below.

Cons:

Both my mother and I stayed here. One room was supposed to have a roll-in-shower and accessible features, they gave her a tub. Then they moved hero to a room that was accommodating but then the curtains for the shower did not reach the floor so water was all over the floor. My mother walks with walker and is terrified she will fall because she has fallen in the past. So you can imagine how she felt with the wet bathroom floor. And there was construction going
