The staff straight up lies to you and hangs up the phone. This place is a mess and should be shutdown.
No Breakfast
Proximity to certain areas.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and every time you move they would make noise. Also I originally booked and king bedroom and was given 2 double beds, I asked to be moved but they had no availability even though it was what I booked in advance.
