Escolhi este hotel pois era apenas a 5 minutos de distância do local do casamento que precisava ir. Mas a localização no geral foi muito boa, perto do centro da cidade, onde tinham vários restaurantes. Achei o hotel muito bom, o quarto limpo e espaçoso e o banheiro maravilhoso. Depois do check-out acabei esquecendo um item pessoal no quarto e, após contato com a recepção por telefone, consegui recuperá-lo rapidamente. Tive uma ótima experiência.
Os travesseiros eram bem altos, o que na nossa opinião, não achamos confortável. Além disso, o café da manhã não estava incluído na diária. Também haviam moradores de rua perto do estacionamento.

There were some homeless people with tents set up close to our parking lot
Nice stay in the hotel - was located there for a wedding nearby so didn't stay much time at the hotel. Room was comfortable, staff friendly.
The hotel is is surrounded by "down and outs" and drug taking is done in the open. These people are harmless however and do not take away from the stay.

Coffee machine didnt work. The tv was really dark and they dont allow you to adjust. Also, non of the channels displayed what was on. Spent half the night trying to find something to watch. We were located at the back of the hotel looking at a dirty alley , right above a REALLY NOISY A/C machine.
We had a truly wonderful stay at the Coast Langley City Hotel and I can't recommend it enough. The location is perfect, with loads of parking and an easy walk to local cafes, restaurants, and shops. Check-in was quick and painless. We had booked a double queen but asked about switching to a King with a city view, and the staff were so flexible and friendly, sorting it out for us right away with no fuss at all. The room was spacious, spotless, and full of natural light, plus it had tea and coffee stuff and an iron. Heating and air con worked great, though there's no bidet in the bathroom if that matters to you. Housekeeping was a real highlight, the attendant was lovely and kept us stocked with extra water and coffee without us even asking. The breakfast room has a fairly limited menu, mostly basic toast, eggs, and coffe, but the server was so nice that it didn't bother us. Overall a very excellent choice for comfort and convenience, we'll definitely be back.
