Accès facile
Très bon accueil, personnel professionnel
Parlant peu espagnol, le personnel a été très facilitant
Parking en sous sol pour l'hôtel mais possibilité de se garer aux abords notamment à côté du parking du golf pour un ensemble utilitaire et plateau porte voiture.

Hotel encantador
Pros:

La chica de recepción fue muy amable,nos dio una habitación muy bonita con terraza y vistas a Montserrat.La cena fue genial ,pero el desayuno nos encantó ,había mucha variedad .
Unas vistas increíbles,dos días de relax increíbles seguro que volveremos.

Входишь в холл и чувствуешь запах хлорки из спа.Даже в коридорах. В ресторане подали рыбу один раз пересоленную а второй раз переперченую . "Чудесный повар" Большой плюс- за первую рыбу не взяли деньги😆😆😆

Le personnel extrêmement gentil et très arrageant à vos demandes.

les chaînes de télé ne fonctionnaient pas seule 3 chaînes catalanes fonctionnaient et Le parking souterrain n'est pas fonctionnel pour les motos.

Stunning location with terrible service staff at Restaurant
Pros:

The location is amazing, right next to a golf club and walking distance to the Barcelona golf club.

The front office manager is a great lady! Courteous, warm and very helpful. Spoke perfect English.

Rooms are quiet, large and have great views of the course. Equally very clean despite being alittle bit dated.

Environment is pleasant and beautiful.

Cons:

Service at the Restaurant was appalling and discriminating. Four staff members completely ignored me and despite waiting, signaling and asking, I did not get served for over 90 minutes. Ended up walking away! Utterly unacceptable and deplorable. Raised formal complaint to Hotel Management.

- Power was off for half a day, no measures were taken to ensure guests were taken care of or any discounts applied.
- Restaurant closes very early, especially for a Spanish establishment.
- Waiters and front desk were very short staffed. Waiters weren't very friendly.
