Cons:

Siamo usciti lasciando accesa l'aria condizionata anche perché avevamo un piccolo cane che doveva rimanere in camera per un paio d'ore e al ritorno abbiamo trovato l'aria spenta. La mattina, dai rubinetti e dalla doccia usciva acqua marrone. Così non ci siamo potuti fare la doccia. Alla reception una signora scortese asseriva che ero la prima persona a lamentarmi quando invece sapevo di un' altra camera che si era lamentata perché aveva gli scarafaggi in camera. Scortese, maleducata e bugiarda. In finale sarebbero bastate solo delle scuse, non era così difficile arrivare a pensarlo.

Zweckmäßiges Hotel wenn man auf der Durchreise ist
Pros:

Das Hotel hat klimatisierte Zimmer, viele Parkplätze und ein wirklich gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Kein Restaurant oder Bar war offen, sehr viele laute Jugendliche, weil neben dem Hotel ein Jugendsportzentrum ist

Pros:

molto comodo da raggiungere, con un parcheggio molto grande; colazione varia e di qualità, e personale gentilissimo
Pulizia eccellente sia delle stanze che delle aree comuni. In 3 minuti di macchina o un quarto d'ora a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Sansepolcro

Cons:

la moquette in stanza riporta indietro di almeno 20 o 30 anni; prezzi dei prodotti del minibar un po' eccessivi (nella maggior parte degli hotel a 3 e 4 stelle almeno l'acqua è offerta, o alla peggio costa 1,50€
