Think the exterior needs an update

Preis Leistung schlecht, überteuert! Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer lieblos, Neonlicht, Leselicht kaputt, Dusche abgenutzt, im Bad keine Abstell-und Hängemöglichkeit, Balkon sehr runtergekommen mit Esstisch plus Liegestühlen= unpassend! Leselicht wurde trotz Meldung nicht repariert.

Unfortunately for all the good points of the hotel was wiped away with the bad points as soon as I got there only one of the lifts was working and it only being able to carry 3 persons at a time so it took a bit of time to finally get to my floor as soon as i got into my room 610 the bathroom door was broken and would not close, I told reception four times every day I was staying and was told maintenance would look at it nothing got done and on check out I told reception about this they then said the maintenance team had a look and would take a few days to repair but I was not made aware of this!! I was not offered any good will gesture or even asked if I wanted to change rooms which for the money I paid and it being a four star hotel is not professional or good enough also I understand parking is very hard to find around the area but charging 20euros a day for people staying more than one or two nights should be offered at a discount and finally the time being there the region had one of the worst rainfalls with lighting and thunder which can't be helped the region had constant power cuts and once again it being a four star hotel they would be prepared for such a thing but there generator either had problems or they didn't put enough diesel in it or didn't want to keep it on constantly so at times we was sitting in darkness for long periods with no staff at hand to offer us complimentary drinks but they did make the most of it selling drinks and snacks until there shift ended and shut the bar and kitchen or even being there to comfort any of the guests as we was all in the dining room because some of rooms got flooded and where I was on the 6 floor the stairs was flooded and with lift having no power it was risky and dangerous coming down the stairs and once again for paying so much money for a four star hotel you would think management and staff would provide more assistance and help and not panicking more than the guests, so overall for all the good...

Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig wenn man ein bisschen länger schlafen möchte.

L’hôtel est quelconque et médiocre. Il s’agit d’un vieux bâtiment mal rénové. Beaucoup de bruit y compris travaux.
Salle du petit déjeuner peu chaleureuse et peu qualitatif.

Sicuramente la prima colazione mal organizzata e non di qualità.

The bathroom in the double suite was a bit restrictive. The pool slide was out of use

Pictures look much better than the place itself. It is old, furniture is odd, the window view was to an ac vent. Stayed only one night.

The first room that I took had a little problem with the Bath Faceut and they couldn’t fix it.

Breakfast ends at 10 a.m. It would be better if it went until 11, because since I’m on vacation, sometimes I like to sleep a little longer.

Vandet i poolen var direkte beskidt. Det var så uklart at man ikke kunne se bunden og man kunne se solcreme og blade mv flyde rundt. Derudover var der pletter på vores sengetøj og det blev ikke skiftet selvom vi bad om det - de vendte blot puden om.
Vi havde ydermere et værelse lige op af elevatorskakten og elevatorerne kørte fra 6 morgen til 12 aften, så der var konstant larm.
Vandet i badet skiftede hele tiden temperatur og toilettet kunne ikke skylle ordentligt ud.

Personalet var fuldstændigt uforstående overfor vores oplevelse (og i øvrigt virkelig ubehøvlede), og det havde de "aldrig hørt før", men vi kan se, både her og på trustpilot, at mange har haft dårlige oplevelser før os.

Det her er på ingen måde et 4 stjernet hotel.

Vi kørte hjem efter 2 dage selvom vi havde booket 7, fordi vi ikke kunne holde ud at holde ferie der, og hotellet nægtede at refundere vores betaling for de øvrige 5 nætter.

Il parcheggio, sebbene situato all'interno della struttura alberghiera, era a pagamento e non garantiva un posto auto.
