Pros:

Good location, great pool area although the water colour at tthe time of our stay was a bit off, still safe to swim though. We did not eat at the hotel. Fantastic biew from or 6th floor room.

Great location, I’d go back
Pros:

Great location. Staff were lovely and helpful. Great pool option. The view from the sea facing was incredible.

Cons:

The toilet sometimes wouldn’t stop running and the shower if facing the wrong way would flood the floor - nothing that wouldn’t make me stay again

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Parveke oli tilava ja merelle, mutta aurinko ei paistanut siihen. Hotellin sijainti kätevä, varsinkin Portofinossa vierailuun. Erinomainen aamiainen.

היה נוח ברמות - חדר גדול, מרפסת גדולה עם נוף ים מהמם ! ארוחת בוקר טובה ואיכותית ! חניה ! מבחינת נגישות היה נח גם בקומה הרביעית למרות שלקחנו חדר שלא הוגדר כנגיש. אומנם החדרים הם בסיסיים מבחינת התגמירים והעיצוב אבל עבורנו המלון היה הפתעה. ו...סנטה מרגריטה מקסימה.

העיצוב של פעם...והמלון לא מפנק כמקובל במלונות 4 כוכבים.

Cons:

Das Bad war verschimmelt. Auf dem zerrissenen Teppich fanden wir eine Kontaktlinse des vorherigen Gastes. Der Sessel war verschlissenen. Die Vorhänge hatten unangenehme Flecken. Unsere umgehende Reklamation wurde nicht behandelt und wir warten bis heute auf eine zugesagte Reaktion aus der Zentrale in Mailand

Kenne das Hotel seit 30 Jahren. Es wurde billig renoviert und ist schon wieder in einem schlechten Z
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht über den Hafen.
Der frisch gepresste Orangensaft.

Cons:

Hatte Schimmel im Badezimmer, der Lift hat nicht funktioniert, der Kaffe war eine Katastrophe und es kam nicht das aus der Maschine was man gedrückt hatte. Das Frühstück war mittelmässig.
Ich kenne das Hotel seit 30 Jahren. Es wurde billig renoviert und ist schon wieder in einem schlechten Zustand.
Das sieht man leider an allen Ecken und merkt es spätestens nach dem 2. Tag.

Schade um dieses alte und einmal schöne Hotel.

Nice enough pool

Cons:

The lift didn't work on the 6th floor. I got stuck in it twice and had to press alarm button. I seen several others having to do the same. We had to climb stairs with heavy suitcases.
Pool bar was expensive for quality.
Pool and general upkeep of surroundings (including look of building from outside) was very disappointing!
Not worth the extreme money

Pros:

Struttura centrale, camera ampia al sesto piano con vista mare, compresa di ogni servizio addirittura dei kit di servizi personali come ad esempio spazzolino o rasatura. Staff cortese e disponibile. La colazione era più che adeguata addirittura con molta scelta di dolci e non solo per alimentazioni vegane. Estremamente soddisfatti.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

We were not able to swim in the pool for 4 days as the water was not clean and it looked like wet green. We have a pool at home so we are aware of what a pool should look like. Our biggest problem was that there was no hot water to shower for 4 days. How do you take a shower with cold water. We attended a wedding and we were a large group and nobody had hot water.

Budget accommodation for non-budget price.
Pros:

Near to sea, bars restaurants etc. Fabulous views from the room balcony, and good sized balcony if you stay on floor 4 the side where there are no rooms above you.

Cons:

Looks grim from the outside. Not entirely sure how it got planning permission! Basic rooms. The pool didn’t look like it was cleaned very often. No bar after 7. Description says that the pool has views of the sea - it does not! But if you get a room floor 4 and above you get great views from your room balcony.

Parfait sauf parking trop exigu
Pros:

Chambre vue sur mer avec balcon

Cons:

Parking exigu .nous avons été bloqué en fin de matinée ; au moment de partir impossible de sortir du notre place de parking,car 2 voitures,mal garées,rendait notre sortie impossible.Les propriétaires étant en mer nous avons du attendre 19:00 pour pouvoir sortir,alors que nous partions vers la Toscane.
