Normal, not good not bad.
Pros:

The staff was very kind, the location of hotel was good

Cons:

The shower lights were not completely functional, hand shower was not working. We spesifically stated two seperate bed, they gave double but then they fixed it. There were no laundry services unfortunately. The AC was not functioning properly.

A shabby excuse for 4 star!
Pros:

Apparently this hotel sees itself as 4 star! It is so run down. We booked a junior suite and the room allocated to us had the area of the lift shaft jutting out into our room. We not only lost space but we could continually hear both lifts. We went and reported it straight away. We were politely moved to another room. This room had massive stains on the floor and was generally shabby. I complained again and we were given another room. It was better but in desperate need of maintenance. The staff are friendly, helpful and wanted us to be happy so we don't blame them at all but the overall state of the hotel leaves little to be desired.

Das Hotel ist einfach keine 4 Sterne wert. Unser Zimmer hatte Schimmel an den Wänden, das Badezimmer war so voller Schimmel, dass ich meine Tochter nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen konnte. Die Möbel sind alt und kaputt. Der Teppich klebt und riecht nach Chemie. Leider einfach schrecklich und einen Stern wert. Am pool war die Rutsche kaputt, die duschen kaputt und die liegen dreckig und alt.
Das Frühstück bestand aus abgepackten Lebensmitteln, lieblos hingelegt. Wir waren einfach frustriert für zwei Nächte mehr als 900€ gezahlt zu haben.

Cons:

Asansörlerin mutlaka değişmesi gerek sensörleri çalışmıyor ve çok eski.Havuzu çok temiz değildi.
