Un po' da ristrutturare. Mancano i dettagli.
All'arrivo poca accoglienza.
La pulizia scarsa. Il cestino veniva svuotato ma non passavano a terra. Gli asciugamani non erano puliti. Un odore che non si poteva stare. L'aria condizionata non funzionava però è stato fornito ventilatore. C'è finestra sulla doccia che con la luce si vede tutto.
Colazione abbondante certo ma i cornetti quasi non si vedono.
Il prezzo è troppo per quello che offre.
Non lo consiglio.

Pros:

Gostei principalmente da simpatia dos funcionários, fomos muito bem tratados, pessoas educadas e prestativas.

Cons:

Não gostei da localização, embora as praias sejam próximas, devido a forma como a cidade é construída, só é possível chegar a praia mais próxima em 30 minutos de caminhada e com muitas ladeiras. Existem duas opções de ônibus ao qual apenas uma é mais viável pois a outra linha não segue horário e demora muito a chegar.

Pros:

La habitación es muy simple, pero bastante limpio todo.

Cons:

En pleno Agosto, con el calor que hace más la humedad, y el aire acondicionado no funciona bien y no enfría. Se lo dijimos al personal de la recepción y la respuesta de ellos fue “que raro”. No nos dieron ninguna solución y tuvimos que pedir un ventilador. Me imagino que no fue solo nuestra habitación, ya que oí a otro cliente quejándose por la misma razón.

Notre séjour s’est bien passé malgré la climatisation

La piscine, et l’agencement de la chambre et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de clim, seulement un conditionneur d’air qui ne soufflait pas assez d’air frais, ce qui fait qu’il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre.

Stop-Over before a Cruise
Pros:

The terrace offers a wonderful view of the harbour. The reception staff are very friendly, and the rooms were clean.
The wonderful breakfast deserves a special mention; we hadn’t expected such a wide selection in Spain. It was put together with great care, particularly the Mallorcan corner.

Cons:

We’d booked this hotel for one night before a cruise because of its location. We arrived just after 6 pm, but were only able to use the pool for a very short time as it closes at 7 pm for cleaning. No pool towels provided (you have to buy them), and broken chairs on the balcony.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the restaurant: the staff were keen young people, but as they clearly had no training in the catering industry, they seemed more like work experience students. The quality of the food was hit and miss.
I realise that guests staying for just one day require more effort, but in this case the value for money was absolutely not right.
I found the numerous messages we received before our stay particularly unpleasant, urging me to spend extra money for a better view, even though we’d already booked a deluxe room (and ultimately really only had a view of the canopy).

Cons:

Air conditioning is not much effective (very low fan)
There is a bus stop very close to the hotel (basically in front of it) but during our stay no buses were passing there for some reason even though official bus schedules marked otherwise
The bed was not much comfortable
As soon as we arrived we noticed that the room cleanliness was not as one would expect (some hair was in the sink)
No kettle in the room
