La ubicación es excelente si vas hacer compras. El destino muy bueno! Las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas
La puerta del baño es de vidrio y es chiva , no cierra . Cero intimidad
The hotel is perfect and the location is wow, just beside primark and the staff were very friendly and this made our stay very good
nothing everything was good
מיקום פגז!!!!!
Amabilidad, súper limpio , el personal mil atento, y la ubicación es super.
Pessoal da recepção e a localização
Quartos apertados
Location is perfect on Gran Via, in the middle of the middle of the main road for shopping, restaurants, bars and close to the underground. We did not book breakfast but being so central we had a tiny corner shop perfect for early morning coffee.
I can not mention one thing that I did not like
Nada.
I will try to say something positive; Nadia on reception was very polite and efficient and the staff at breakfast were very nice and helpful. Breakfast itself was fine for a €251 a night hotel - that is the only positive I can think of.
I booked one night in this hotel at the end of a stay in Madrid because we wanted to stay in the city one more night and the hotel we were staying in could not accommodate us.
Right from the start, it was problematic; I provided full debit card details at the time of booking as requested and assumed therefore that they had taken payment but the following day started receiving emails from the hotel demanding payment or threatening to cancel the booking. Apparently they have a ‘new system’ that means they cannot collect the payment from Booking.com and rude emails threatening to cancel the booking is how they have chosen to deal with it.
Upon arrival, we found the reception is an open plan reception/dining area with all the charm of a university canteen. The lifts are cramped and dirty. The corridors similarly are dirty and soulless, the decor tired and damaged. The room we had was tiny. It bore no resemblance to the Booking.com photos of a double room. The bed was pushed up against the wall on one side and the bathroom had a swing door that would not stay closed and had a one inch gap around the outside, affording whoever was in the bathroom zero privacy. The shower, which in itself is a triumph of aesthetics over function, flooded the bathroom floor. The whole room reeks of cheapness; woodchip furniture with Formica veneer was all the rage in 1970, but today it just looks tired and cheap. The lighting is as welcoming as a dental surgery, with bright white lights so white they are nearly blue, shiny down from the ceiling. There are no bedside lights and whoever installed this arrangement had never heard of colour temperature or soft lighting. The colour scheme of beige and black completes the ensemble. Whoever was in charge of decor for this hotel said “Make it look like a really cheap version of Ikea” and in that at least, they have succeeded! There is a television on the wall, but you cannot watch it unless you sign into your YouTube or Netflix account.
Great location and very nice staff at the first desk..
