Great location and very good breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location for shopping and sightseeing. Right next to Zara, H&M, and Primark, and within walking distance to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Breakfast was very good, and the toiletries were high quality.

Cons:

The only downsides were that the room was quite small for four people, and although we booked for four with breakfast included, only two breakfasts were included. We had to pay extra for the other two guests, so make sure to confirm this with Booking.com in advance.

Kahvaltı da yanıma kuruvasan aldım dlye resmen çalışandan azar işittim oda yetmedi gltti bir üstüne şikayet etti ve o kişi de gelip beni azarladı .
O kadar para ödediğimiz kahvaltı için bir kuruvasanı çok gördüler yani

Tiene buena ubicación, las habitaciones estan limpias esta cerca de todo, el balcón hacia la Gran Via es lo mejor, laa camas son confortables, el desayuno es rico y variado.

Su personal es muy amable siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

Cons:

Que se acabará mi estadía ahí, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Excelente ubicación y habitaciones completas.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Muy limpio y ordenado. El baño estaba bien equipado: shampoo, acondicionador, hidratante y secador. La zona de cowork también fue de mucha ayuda.
