Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, McDonald's, and shopping malls. Overall, a great experience and I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.
No major issues during my stay except Small parking
We can see the Tun Razak Exchange tower throughout the window. The room is very clean and quite comfortable for 2 people. Value for money. There had mini refrigerator. Located in the middle of KL town and near to bukit bintang too. Overall the stay was nice and will definitely be in our consideration if we want to stay in KL again.
As it located in the middle of KL, the surrounding road is quite busy. It may take 30 min to travel even there only 6km away from titiwangsa lake. But as we already know the traffic, we can plan better. The limited parking that apply first come first serve. But there had area for public parking surrounding just need to pay the parking.
