Cons:

Es un hotel 4 estrellas. Sin embargo, en el baño los vasos de plástico blando para poner el cepillo de dientes. Ponían bayetas en vez de toalla de manos. El baño no tenía estantes para dejar las cosas personales. Y los colchones duros como una piedra. En el desayuno no cambiaban los manteles de los comensales anteriores, pedimos que lo cambiaran, nadie apareció. Comimos encima de manteles manchados.

Very commendable place!
Pros:

The breakfast was fabulous.
The staff were very helpful: we arrived around 22.00 when the restaurant was closing, but the staff maintained the restaurant open just to allow us to have something to eat, after a long road trip. Thank you, my daughter was very satisfied and rested well.

Cons:

Zanzariere rotte, quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre chiuse, menomale che c’era l’aria climatizzata attiva, il materasso e il cuscino un po’ troppo morbidi e rumorosi, ma accettabili

Pessimo, una struttura senza servizi per i disabili, nonostante pubblicizzi il contrario

Sono un cliente disabile in carrozzina Che ha prenotato la camera di albergo, curandosi di verificare se l’albergo presentava tutti i varchi per una carrozzina elettrica. Ho verificato tramite il sito booking nel quale l’hotel segnalava l’agibilità per i disabili e telefonando il giorno precedente al pernottamento. Tuttavia, quando ho chiesto di accedere alla sala dove si svolgono colazione e ristorante, l’ascensore non era agibile e non c’erano soluzioni per accedere ai servizi. Non ho potuto cenare e sapendo di non poter accedere la mattina seguente alla sala della colazione ho lasciato la camera senza pernottare la notte pagata.

Nel complesso un buon hotel
Pros:

Ci ero già stata, avevo ottimi ricordi (avevo dato 10) e sono in parte stati confermati. Purtroppo NON è accettabile non avvisare i clienti che ci sarebbero stati problemi di parcheggio a causa di lavori di potatura in corso. Sono stata più che fortunata a trovare un angolino di rientro alla sera dopo aver girato un po', altrimenti avrei dovuto riprendere tutti i bagagli e andare altrove visto che non era nemmeno ipotizzabile lasciare la macchina in quella zona o peggio in giro per Roma. Lo avevo scelto sempre e solo per il parcheggio e come al solito avevo mandato un messaggio in cui mi sinceravo della sua disponibilità vista l'importanza; bastava avvisarmi prima del pagamento automatico e avrei scelto di soggiornare altrove senza problemi.

Cons:

Mancava una sedia in stanza, non ho potuto usare la scrivania (e qui mi chiedo, a che serve la scrivania se non ho una sedia?); nella doccia c'erano un paio di capelli corvini, mi hanno fatto storcere il naso ma ci sono passata sopra, può capitare.
