Lokacija sjajna. Osoblje je izuzetno servilno i preduzimljivo i efikasno. Hotel proizvodi i svoje maslinovo ulje koje se moze i degustirati tokom dorucka ili vecere. Sjajno devicansko maslinovo ulje, koje se moze kupiti i u samom hotelu. Svaka preporuka za usluge hotela

Pros:

Stadtzentrum in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Liegen am Strand ausreichend vorhanden - jedoch extra zu bezahlen :(
Salatbuffet am Abend top

Cons:

Personal war ziemlich schnell beim Abräumen der Tische, wollten uns nur einen zweiten Gang holen und als wir zurückgekommen sind war das Besteck +Getränke schon abgeräumt.
Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs auf 2h am Tag begrenzt - bei Regenwetter zu wenig.

Hotel teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, schlexhter Wasserdruck im Bad, bei starkem Regen tropft es sogar ins zimmer. Dürfte in einem 4* Hotel nicht passieren.

Pros:

Der Pool am Strand war sensationell.

Cons:

Essen war nicht prickelnd, wenig Auswahl an Fleisch, oft das gleiche. Die Liegen am Strand wurden weggeräumt. Die Getränke wurden mit Eis überhäuft. Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Die Teppiche in den Zimmer sind schmutzig. Preis Leistung passt nicht für 4 Sterne Hotel.

Ein paar erholsame Tage
Pros:

Das Hotel war nicht überlaufen. Die Zimmern sehr klein. Auch die Balkone sind sehr klein.
Ein grosser Pluspunkt sind die Betten! Die Matratze war hervorragend.
Und da wir nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer waren, war die grösse kein Problem.
Die Dusch hatte einen guten Wasserdruck, was auch nicht immer selbstverständlich ist.
Alles war sauber und gepflegt.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Da überall mit Chiparmband bezahlt wird, kann man leicht den Überblick verlieren.
Auch das am Strand ein "Hugo" im Plastikbecher Euro 11,60 kostet, ist nicht wirklich gerechtfertigt.
Das die Liegen am Strand auch für Hotelgäste extra zu bezahlen sind ( 18 Euro am Tag) finde ich nicht wirklich ein gutes Service.
Der Kaffee am Frühstücks Buffet war schrecklich.
Entweder kam nur Milchpulver oder die Mischung war so schwach, dass man mehr Wasser als Kaffeegeschmack hatte.
Wir hatten jedoch ein Gespräch mit dem Manager, der versprach, sich darum zu kümmern.

War ein schöner und toller Aufenthalt

Pros:

Opravdu skvělá poloha hotelu, úžasná pláž, moře, bazény a celkově okolí hotelu.

Cons:

Mrzí mě, že musím napsat takto negativní recenzi, protože samotný hotel je krásný, má skvělou polohu, nádhernou pláž a moře a na první pohled působí opravdu úžasně. Bohužel ale kvalita služeb a celkový komfort podle mě absolutně neodpovídají ceně, kterou jsme za pobyt zaplatili.

Už před příjezdem jsem v recenzích četla, že jsou pokoje malé, ale podle fotografií jsem si nedokázala představit, jak moc. Pokoj byl opravdu extrémně malý – upřímně nejmenší, jaký jsem kdy v hotelu zažila. Prakticky žádný úložný prostor a minimum místa na pohyb. Pro jednoho nebo dva lidi možná dostačující, ale pokud cestujete s dítětem nebo se psem, je to opravdu velmi nepohodlné. Poprvé v životě jsem se v hotelovém pokoji cítila až klaustrofobicky.

Dalším velkým zklamáním je množství věcí, za které se platí zvlášť. Lehátka na pláži stojí 18 € pro dvě osoby, pro tři 24 €, a stejně se platí i lehátka u velkého bazénu se slanou vodou. Zdarma jsou lehátka pouze u malého bazénu, kde je jejich kapacita omezená a velmi rychle jsou obsazená. Platí se také parkování, poplatek za psa 25 € za noc – ten samozřejmě respektuji a chápu. Ale v kombinaci se všemi dalšími příplatky máte během pobytu neustále pocit, že za všechno musíte znovu vytahovat peněženku.

O to víc mě překvapila úroveň základních služeb. Ráno přijdete na snídani a nejsou šálky na kávu. Chcete si dát něco k pití a nejsou sklenice. Chcete čaj a není konvice nebo horká voda. Zato si můžete koupit fresh za 6 €. U večeře bych při této cenové kategorii hotelu očekávala alespoň obyčejnou vodu, ale i veškeré nápoje se platí zvlášť. Dokonce se opakovaně stalo, že na veřejných hotelových toaletách chyběl toaletní papír. To jsou drobnosti, které by člověk možná přešel v levnějším hotelu, ale ne při této ceně.

Jídlo bylo za mě spíše průměrné, někdy nedochucené a celkově ničím výjimečné. Jediné, co musím opravdu pochválit, byla pizza – ta byla výborná.

Celkově mi v hotelu chyběl někdo, kdo by provoz skutečně řídil a dohlížel na úroveň služeb.

Beim Frühstück und Abendessen gab es keine Rohschinken und keinen Hartkäse mehr auch keine Lachs.
Am Abend auch keine Musik unsere Reisezeit 9.9.-13.9.
Fahre schon 11 Jahre jedes Jahr die gleiche Zeit, sonst alles wie immer, danke LG Nierlich Heidemarie

Nice hotel
Pros:

Great location close to walking paths and hotel beach. Amazing breakfast with great variety of foods. Staff is nice and helpful.

Cons:

Room is quite small and bad is not the most comfortable. Prices of drinks in mini bar in the room are unreasonably high (5€ for 2dcl of juice).
