Amazing stay
Pros:

The location is superb; you cannot get a better view and location on the island. You step out directly to the beach noire. The food was amazing, both the breakfast and dinner we had. The rooftop bar has a fantastic view over the bay and you can watch the sunset while sipping on a cocktail and listening to live music. Our room was excellent. It had a direct view to the sea; it was utmost clean, comfortable and with modern decor. The pool had great water, perfect if you were tired of the sea but still wanting to have a dip. The couple massage we got in the spa was amazing. The ladies had great experience and the whole experience was well worth the price. The best were the staff; professional, kind and very welcoming. We got an upgrade of our room, had a lift to the port, quick and efficient check out to catch our ferry, smiles and support all around our stay. We will definitely be back!

Pros:

La struttura è una piccola gemma nel cuore di Vulcano, tutto curato nel minimo dettaglio con amore. Le camere sono meravigliose, ampie e pulite. Tutti i dipendenti che vi lavorano sono di una gentilezza unica e una professionalità impeccabile, oltre che prontezza nel risolvere alcune situazioni, come una problematica insorta a causa mia, la quale è stata gestita con velocità e sempre con molta disponibilità e gentilezza.
La struttura dispone anche di una Terrazza impeccabile per aperitivi al tramonto.
Tutto meraviglioso.

Location meravigliosa nella bellissima cornice della spiaggia delle sabbie nere.
La cura al dettaglio da parte di tutto lo staff ha reso il soggiorno ancora più bello!!

Pros:

La chambre spacieuse avec accès direct à la plage, vue sur mer et sur le magnifique coucher de soleil!! , la petite terrasse privée, le confort du lit, petit déjeuner copieux et le personnel vraiment super gentil et serviable ; parking; mise à disposition de serviettes de plage et de transat sur la plage privée. Le frigo de taille normale (pas un mini frigo d’hôtel).

Cons:

Si la réception, la salle pour le petit déjeuner et les abords de la piscine sont propres et bien entretenus, le reste de l’hôtel aurait bien besoin d’une rénovation et d’un bon coup de peinture. La lunette des toilettes de notre chambre n’était plus attachée au wc, nous devions la tenir tout en nous asseyant le plus loin possible (et ce n’est pas facile, vous pouvez me croire 😮‍💨). La porte d’entrée avait visiblement été récemment forcée, ce qui ne donnait pas un sentiment de sécurité.

Arrivati in struttura abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade alla prenotazione e ci è stata data una suite fronte mare completa di tutti i servizi. Ottima struttura con piscina, idromassaggio, spa e accesso alla spiaggia. Struttura bellissima con personale gentile e disponibile, colazione abbondante. Altamente consigliato

Magnifique emplacement et personnel très serviable.
Pros:

Accueil très sympathique, emplacement parfait au bord de la splenfide plage des sables noirs, chambre grande et confortable, douche pratique et très large,, superbe terrasse avec vue lmprenable, petit déjeuner excellent avec de beaux produits

Cons:

Le coffre ne fonctionnait pas notre arrivée et la réparation a été un peu longue, pas toujours du personnel en terrasse à l'heure de l'apéritif, quelques petits ratés donc, mais sans grande gravité et peut-être liés à la période de fin de saison.

La location è ottima, organizzano un piacevolissimo aperitivo la sera con vista su un tramonto spettacolare. Il personale al desk accoglienza è gentilissimo sempre disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio o suggerimento si desideri. La camera in realtà era un mini appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, utile anche la spiaggia privata dotata di ombrelloni lettini e teli. Servizio navetta da e per il porto.
