Pros:

Os funcionários são amáveis e prestativos. Inclusive subiram nossa bagagem, o que foi um alívio, porque as escadas são bem íngremes.

Cons:

Não tem elevador, então ter que subir 4 andares não é nada legal.

Funcionários muito gentis. O recepcionista nos deu todas as dicas de passeios e foi muito simpático. Chuveiro muito bom!

bon accueil, l'hôtel est vraiment très bien placé, à proximité du tramway, et des sites à visiter. nous avions une chambre côté ruelle (pas sur la principale), pas de bruit extérieur (menuiserie neuve), il y a juste l'essentiel mais correct, la SDB est en longueur donc étroite mais tout est propre. Les boissons et gâteaux secs offert au petit déjeuné est apprécié.

Cons:

la literie est moyenne, les sols sont en bois, nous avons eu 2 soirs avec un voisin du dessus bruyant.

Ottimo due stelle
Pros:

Posizione, staff, cortesia. A due passi dalla stazione e a pochi passi dal Duomo. Buona soluzione per un soggiorno senza svenarsi, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nonostante la colazione non sia prevista, ogni mattina vengono forniti gratuitamente snacks e bevande in area dedicata e self service. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito fino al tardo pomeriggio e di usufruire dei servizi al momento del ritiro.

Cons:

Manca purtroppo l'ascensore, lo stabile è vecchiotto e quindi pone dei limiti al riguardo. Lo staff però ci ha portato la valigia in camera, comportamento molto apprezzato visto che eravamo al quinto piano.

Localização excelente, funcionários prestativos.

Mesmo sabendo muitas escadas. Colchão deformado, horrível com um buraco no meio, banheiro pequeno sem ventilação.

Excelente custo benefício para quem não exige luxo
Pros:

A localização é o ponto forte desta acomodação. É um hotel com um custo benefício bom. Servem um cafezinho cortezia, com um pãozinho e biscoitinho (super simples) mas funciona bem. a limpeza achei impressionantemente boa, a cama confortável, e a equipe muito prestativa e simpática. Gostei muito!

Cons:

O banheiro é o ponto fraco, não tem box de vidro no chuveiro, utilizam ainda cortinas de plástico que no meu ver é anti-higiênico. Tivemos um problema de entupimento, a água do banho invadiu todo o banheiro, quase chegando a invadir o quarto, virou uma piscina. Reclamamos com o pessoal da recepção, foram solícitos e resolveram prontamente. E depois funcionou tudo bem.

Equipe muito simpática, tem um café da manhã que resolve com pães doces e salgados, biscoitos e café de máquina. Ar condicionado beeeem forte. Você recebe o que paga :)

La atencion del lugar, principalmente el recepcionista que nos atendió por la mañana y nos ayudo a hacer el check In. Tambien que el hotel estaba muy bien ubicado. La habitación pequeña pero con Aire acondicionado y muy buena ducha, tambien que los plug de los enchufes esten cerca de la cama ayudaba

Las escaleras, pero es algo que es de la estructura y que el desayuno estaba en restauración pero seguramente lo mejoren mucho
