Pros:

El personal era amable, atento, nos ayudó mucho y nos recomendaron donde ir.

Cons:

Depende del piso que te toque, te toca subir unas cuantas escaleras, pero por ponerle alguna pega, honestamente a mi no me molestó ni a mi compañero.

Konumu harikaydı.

Cons:

Oda biraz eskiydi. Asansör yoktu ve her seferinde 5 kat çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Havlu koymamışlardı , talep üzerine geldi. Bu ilginçti. Fiyatı odaya göre oldukça yüksek.

Si eres capaz de subir escaleras, es el mejor por su ubicación en precio y calidad. Temperatura OK.
Pros:

Ubicación magnífica. Desayuno básico correcto. Silencio extraordinario.

Cons:

Sin ascensor es una carencia grave para personas mayores. (nosotros 75 y 80 años). Muy duro. Pedimos habitación en una planta baja y nos asignaron las 3ra planta.

Pros:

Excelente atención. Permitieron guardar el equipaje antes del ingreso.
La habitación era más grande de lo esperado.
Excelente ubicación!
Buena relación calidad precio.
Conveniente cafetería al pie de calle.

Cons:

Aunque ya lo sabíamos, era un segundo piso sin ascensor. De todas formas el personal nos ayudó a subir las valijas. Esto solo fue una dificultad conocida y el precio está acorde.

Pros:

Ponto alto do hotel certamente é a localização, muito perto da estação de trem e da Piazza del Duomo, dá para fazer tudo a pé pela cidade. Atendimento da recepção é ótimo e o quarto bem completo e confortável. Café da manhã grátis conta com com café e suco, além de croissants e bolachas, que ajuda bastante.

Relação qualidade/preço praticamente imbatível.
Pros:

A localização do Hotel Romagna é excelente, a curta distância do Duomo e da Estação de Santa Maria Novella.
Os funcionários são super simpáticos. As malas ficaram guardadas no Hotel após o checkout, com a oferta de um local para descanso antes da nossa partida. Apesar de não estar incluído pequeno almoço na reserva, o Hotel dispõe de boas máquinas automáticas de café e sumos e serve uns croissants e bolinhos gratuitamente.
O Hotel não é luxuoso, mas os quartos são bem limpos e confortáveis. Gostei da decoração, com cartazes de cinema. Na relação qualidade/preço, o Hotel Romagna é simplesmente fantástico.

Cons:

O único ponto que poderá ser considerado negativo é o facto de o Hotel ter quatro pisos e não dispor de elevador. Para o meu grupo não foi problema, uma vez que tínhamos malas pequenas e não havia pessoas com qualquer problema físico. Apesar disso, o funcionário que nos recebeu ofereceu-se para nos ajudar a transportar as malas.

Unacceptable! Hidden mold, neglect, and disregard for guests
Cons:

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute catastrophe. On the fourth floor, we discovered mold infestation hidden behind the bed's headrest, a direct health risk right where we slept!

The building and rooms are old, and it's clear the hotel tries to cover up issues with e.g. a shoddy repaint. Paint was already peeling, revealing deeper problems. This superficial approach to guest safety is appalling.

When we reported the mold, Elton and the Manager showed zero regret or understanding. Instead of solutions, we got downplayed problems and shirked responsibility, even making a ridiculous offer of a mere €50 refund for two nights, which is less than a fifth of what we paid. We felt like an annoyance, not valued guests.

This hotel flagrantly ignores basic hygiene, conceals health risks, and dismisses guest concerns. It was a complete disappointment. We absolutely cannot recommend it. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs!
