La localisation était parfaite, en plein cœur de Florence, la chambre était spacieuse pour 3, le p'tit déjeuner a été un vrai plus (café et pain au lait), pas besoin de davantage, le personnel très souriant et avec d'excellents conseils pour les visites et pour les repas. La parking indiqué par la réception était vraiment à 2 pas et parfait quoique un peu cher (84€ pour 3 jours), mais difficile de trouver mieux.
La salle de bain était un peu étroite pour un grand comme moi (1m85) mais franchement, ça allait ! Il y a des étages à monter et pas d'ascenseur, mais ce n'était pas un problème pour moi.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly and super helpful. The rooms are clean and serviceable. The value is definitely there, and I would recommend it for those looking for a budget friendly place to stay.
There is no elevator, which makes staying on the fifth floor a little rough. And there is no refrigerator in the rooms.

El baño, demasiado estrecho y viejo
La ubicación es excelente, en el casco antiguo que puedes ir a todos lados andando.
Las camas no son las más cómodas que he probado, pero se puede dormir bien.
El personal es muy amable y te ayudan en cuanto pueden.
El edificio está un poco viejo (normal por la zona), pero se ve que lo cuidan.
El agua caliente de la ducha no acababa de funcionar bien y siempre acababa duchándome con agua fría porque salía muy poca al ponerla caliente.
Acomodação muito bem localizada, ponto alto! Funcionários todos extremamente solícitos e agradáveis! Há ainda lanchinho como biscoitos e pão, máquina de café e suco pelas manhãs o que ajuda muito!
Escadas, nos acomodaram no 2o andar pelo menos, mas com malas e crianças não indico. O quarto é ideal pra uma viagem rápida onde você fica o dia todo fora, mas o banheiro havia alguns vazamentos no chão, nada que impedisse a estadia mas que avisei na portaria.
Bellissima la posizione,vicina alla stazione e al centro . Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Great location, spacious enough room, very comfortable beds. AC included in the price!
The showerhead was fixed into the wall and the stream didn't quite go down well enough to wash private parts/ legs. Had to string the hygienic shower from the toilet into the stall to finish washing up. The stairs are quite steep, no elevator.

The location can't be beat and the room was clean. They even have a little snack and juice/coffee to get you going in the morning.
No elevator which makes it difficult for those with mobility issues.
Un alojamiento de 10 en el corazón de Florencia. Estar a escasos 5 minutos del Duomo es un auténtico lujo, ya que te permite ir andando a todas partes. Y además de la ubicación, la atención del personal fue excelente, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Se agradece muchísimo el detalle del desayuno de cortesía para empezar bien el día. Ha sido una experiencia perfecta y muy recomendable.
