We are a group of old friends and meet here every year. Not had a bad stay.
Pros:

rooms are very satisfactory for the stay we required. By no means large but adequate for two adults. Clean and tidy. Air con in superior rooms was very useful for the weather we encountered. Members of staff willing to find solutions to any issues.

Cons:

I do prefer a shower and these are a little small. Could do with a shelf in the shower. I would like the option of being able to pre pay for breakfast, which is of a good standard.

Pros:

Convenient location for the arena

Cons:

Rooms were hotter than the surface of the sun. There was no aircon and no fans were provided making it impossible to sleep. We ended up giving up and going home at 5am

Cheap and close to the airport
Pros:

It was cheap and check-in was painless. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

I arrived late at night because my flight was delayed and I needed a place to stay. It was a short walk from Birmingham International, but not for the faint hearted late at night (not entirely sure what all the single men were doing waiting in their cars, but I can guess). The room felt a bit tired, no air conditioning, and no tv channels!?

Pros:

The employees are really nice, restaurant super good.

Cons:

This hotel is NOT for summer season. The rooms are EXTREMELY hot, at some point they have to change to air cons.

A perfect venue for our family reunion
Pros:

A large and airy hotel with excellent food, service and facilities. Though right next door to the airport there was no sight or sound of a plane to disturb us.

It was a business trip. The location is 5 minutes from the airport. The surroundings of the hotel are spectacular, the staff is very friendly and attentive. At the check-in, my room was changed and I was lucky enough to stay in a suite, I’ll be back.
