I would not return
Pros:

Good was great. Staff were nice.

Cons:

It was choas. Kids running up and down the corridors playing knock down ginger.
Complete chaos in the swimming pool.

Very accessible
Pros:

I have limited mobility and the room I was allocated was excellent. There was a wet room with grab and the room was ease of access on the ground floor.

very good hotel, excellent staff, pool is excellent, free parking.
Pros:

excellent staff service at the reception (Molly) making sure we had everything we needed, gave us dining options and made us aware of things available on the site, also information about parking and the spa.

Get air conditioning and inform people fans are provided on a first come first serve.
Pros:

Staff were lovely and friendly. Leisure area was lovely

Cons:

The heat!! No air con in the rooms and no fans. Couldn’t have the window open as our room was next to the main road and traffic noise was awful!! Could not get ready in the room as make up was sweating off. No fan in bathroom, had a shower and heat was unbearable. Did not shower in the morning due to the heat and wanted to get outside

Room didnt have air con or a mini fridge, luckily I took my fan as was in the heatwave

Cons:

It was the hottest room I ever stayed in, in my life. I xpuldnt sleep properly and ruined my following day. I even seen a woman passed out on the hallway and emergency services with her. The place should be illegal. Get some proper fans. The building isn't built for summer

Pros:

The Arden is in an ideal location for Rosorts World and the BP Pulse Arena, just a 5 minute walk. The breakfast was nice and the staff were lovely.
Great to receive free parking, although get there a bit earlier to get a space.
The hotel itself is a little dated and could do with an upgrade/glowup, but all in all, a great stay, comfy bed, clean room, and lovely staff.
