Excellent Estoril hotel
Pros:

Fabulous location, staff were very friendly. Spacious rooms with great aircon and a lovely balcony. Good value for money.

Cons:

Rooms are a little bit tired and could do with an update.

Péssima estadia/experiência.

A única coisa de que gostamos, foi a localização.

Em primeiro lugar, o quarto " deluxe superior " tinha um cheiro a fumo de cigarro insuportável ( nem com as portas da varanda totalmente abertas) se deixava de sentir ( o cheiro estava entranhado em todo o quarto ), na casa de banho, a cabine do duche era tão pequena que era impossível tomar banho devido a sua tão pequena dimensão ( não cabia uma pessoa normal ). Não tinha toalhas de banho, só de rosto, como também não tinha chinelos pós banho, os copos para a higiene dentária eram de papel e de tamanho muito reduzido.
No quarto as tomadas de parede, saiam da parede quando se desligava o carregador de telemóvel / computador.
Foi alugado um quarto duplo " deluxe superior " para casal. Aquando do Cheq-in fui informado pela recepcionista que tinha que pagar uma segunda taxa turística de 8€ bem como o valor de um segundo pequeno almoço de 10€. O pequeno almoço era de muito fraca qualidade e pouca variedade de escolha.
Foi-me cobrado um valor de 178,00€ por noite, atravéz da fatura/recibo 5236/F2026 , num quarto péssimo sem o minimo de conforto obrigatório para este nivel de preço.
Como nota final, desaconselho a marcarem qualquer estadia neste hotel ( péssima experiência ).

Agradável e a repetir.
Pros:

O pequeno almoço foi excelente, mas pago à parte. A localização é ótima com o casino, praia do Tamariz e restaurantes perto. Quarto excelente, silencioso, confortável e limpo.

Cons:

Não gostei do aspeto que deu ao hotel, os funcionários da receção, estarem permanentemente na rua (entrada do hotel) em vez de estarem no posto da receção.
