Un hôtel accessible à tous points de vue, bien situé et confortable.
Pros:

hôtel facile d'accès, calme et d'un bon rapport qualité prix, proche zone commerciale avec magasins, restaurants etc... arrêt tram à proximité immédiate. Chambres bien équipées et confortables. Parking invisible depuis la route principale donc plutôt sécurisé. Personnel disponible et aimable.

Cons:

du bruit avec le passage des arrivées tardives quand on loge au rez-de-chaussée.

La saleté de la chambre nous empêchera de revenir dans cet Hôtel

Le parking gratuit et un bon petit déjeuner varié

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre les plyntes recouvertes de poussières - sous le lit un sac papier Mac do datant d’on ne sait quand, ainsi que divers détritus - dans la penderie il y avait 3 vêtements sur cintres donc le ménage n’est pas fait! A part le lit - dans la salle de bain une fuite des wc mouillait le sol en permanence. Tout cela a été signalé au moment du départ - (chambre n 1)

L’odeur de tabac froid au réveil et des équipements vétustes coté sdb et wc. De plus la présence d’une blatte au réveil sur l oreiller n’est pas la meilleure façon de commencer la journée…

The staff, rooms and hotel were awful.
Cons:

Firstly, there wasn’t a clear sign with the name of the hotel outside of the building. We booked and paid for two triple rooms and one double room. When we got there, they told us that they have one triple and two double rooms - and that is all they have available. It was 8 of us and we had to share beds for 7. When we asked to at least to get refunded for one of the bedrooms because the double one costed less, they refused. When a representative of Booking.com contacted them, they refused to refund the difference between the triple and double room. The property was very dated and not the cleanest. Apparently they weren’t taking late check ins but after midnight, a few vehicles arrived and made a lot of noise - making it difficult to sleep for us. I would never use this place again.
