Ottima posizione, servizio da migliorare

L’unico vero punto di forza dell’hotel è la posizione, comoda per visitare la città.

Cons:

Accoglienza fredda e poco professionale.
Al nostro arrivo ci è stato chiesto di tornare dopo le 14:00 perché la camera non era pronta; siamo tornati alle 14:40 e abbiamo dovuto attendere ancora. Evidentemente il personale era insufficiente.
Abbiamo chiesto un cuscino in più e ci è stato risposto che non ne avevano disponibili, cosa piuttosto insolita per un hotel. Inoltre non viene servita la colazione, nemmeno a pagamento, e la relativa sala viene utilizzata come deposito bagagli o sala d’attesa.

Avevo soggiornato qui anche nel 2024 e l’organizzazione, così come il servizio, erano decisamente migliori.

Perfect for a short stay, super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Air conditioner was a bit noisy but nothing like a bit of white noise to get you to sleep :)
Mouldy smell in the room.

Posizione centralissima, stanza pulita

Cons:

Gli scarichi del lavandino, bidet e vasca sono molto lenti. Il condizionatore fa molto rumore. Sarebbe funzionale fare trovare un bollitore, macchina caffè e delle tazze in camera.
