Breakfast was totally short staffed and chaotic, and the food was poor quality.
The lawns were being cut at 8am so a sleep in was impossible, really disappointed
Camere e bagni ampi. Arredamento elegante.
Purtroppo abbiamo trovato asciugamani sporchi e peli nella doccia. Dopo averlo comunicato allo staff, ci sono stati forniti asciugamani nuovi e ci è stato proposto di cambiare la nostra camera.

No Leisure Centre, Dining area in pub limited. One lift is not enough to service rooms

Clean, comfortable room with a spacious toilet. There were two fans provided which was great as the weather turned hot. Breakfast was yummy and I love that they post a daily fun fact on the notice board with the weather forecast.
There wasn't air-conditioning in the room. Although it was cool, the windows needed to be open and it gets noisy in the day since it's a touristic area but It's nice and quiet at the end of the day. Would love for the hotel to be more budget friendly so that we could have stayed a couple more nights.
The receptionist was lovely. Rooms clean & comfy. Tea& Coffee tray was very generous
Bathrooms could do with modernising. Shower gel & shampoo definitely meed updating.
Spacious rooms and excellent public areas.
The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. Location was perfect for our visit to Blarney castle. Front desk reception was friendly and helpful when asking about dinner recommendations.
Could have used some more sound insulation. Noises from the hall came through more than I would have liked. Also, there must be a lot of birds in the trees by your parking lot. Our car was COVERED in bird poop when we left the following morning. Had to go to a car wash to clean it off.
